We had an amazing time at Jeanette’s and would definitely recommend! She gave very clear instructions, timely response, and there’s even a trail map provided for guests! It was perfect for my reactive pup, and exactly the space he needed to run around. There’s meadow areas and more shady forested areas, as well as a little creek to splash around in. The trails are really well-maintained as well. Of course as with any wooded areas, we did come across deer so just be careful if your dog can’t recall off wildlife. Thank you for sharing your space, Jeanette!

We loved it and so did Oliver. The woods were so beautiful and easy to travel because of the wide paths and mowed areas. There was wildlife for Oliver to look at and a pretty creek to cross over easily and enjoy playing in. This space is so private you feel like you are the only people there for miles. We loved all of the grassy garden areas where he enjoyed playing fetch and plenty of shady spots too. The place is easy to find and they provide a map of the area to walk. We will definitely visit here again. It is such a reasonable price for the size of this property, the beauty of it and the privacy.

This is my second time back and it was just as amazing as last time! The host goes above and beyond to make sure you get there and have fun! The property is well maintained and directions are clear and easy to follow! Exceptional communication through the booking and even up to me getting there. Amazing place, amazing people. The dogs had the best day ever!!

Great space. Mowed trails that my dog loved exploring, plus open spaces to run. Directions and map were very clear, and we had a great time exploring. At the edges of the property, other people’s properties were visible, but most were buffered by a big hill and stream. There were horses close to one edge of the property, but they were behind a fence. Overall fantastic experience.

What an awesome property! Perfect place for our pups to run, explore and best of all tire themselves out! Trails were manicured for easy walking, labeled and a map provided. We will definitely be back! Thanks for allowing us to visit!

Very peaceful property with spacious walking paths. Maps available but not too hard to find your way around their trail system without getting lost. There's one that basically loops around the outside in a circle and a bunch that branch inward to some wider areas of grass like a web. My guess is it would take about an hour to check off all the little paths although we were there for 2 and crossed most multiple times. The upper left side of main path does border property with horse pasture, and horses can be seen by your dog roughly 20 ft from your path if they're right at the fence. Just a heads up if your dog would have a fuss over that. Close deer sightings are possible too of course. I heard a neighbor dog in the distance but just one instance and most importantly no sightings of others' dogs, which mine are triggered by in particular. Worthwhile trip out and plenty of sniffs!

Peaceful area to walk. 90 min feels like the sweet spot here. Enough time to pass all the areas up to 2x. Forewarning there is a neighbor's pasture with horses only 20 ft off trail at one point and I'm not sure if the fence is electric? Not a big deal for us but good to know if you're training your dog off leash. No distractions otherwise. Also heads up if you have balance issues or less than ideal footwear there is a shallow creek to cross to start the trails. I'll probably switch to rainboots from here on out. There are boulders and concrete blocks to tip toe across but one tug on the leash by my 75 lb dog and I'll be taking a dip : P

We absolutely loved our time at this spot! Host was wonderful and answered all our questions! We drove 2 hours (love giving our boy a good adventure!) and it was 100% worth it! We did need to cross a bit of a stream to get to the trails and it was muddy (we were warned about the mud). Our dog LOVES mud, so he was in heaven and we had good boots! The trails were well taken care of and there was a picnic table in a clearing that we had lunch at! One of the trails does border a horse pasture, so be aware if you have a reactive pup! Ours did great with them and was so intrigued! Overall an awesome time!! Will definitely be back for another adventure!

Jeanette provided easy to follow instructions for getting to the site and for finding the map. This sniffspot was great! I would suggest an hour to an hour and a half at this site. Trails were easy to follow and there is very little chance you will get lost or wander onto the neighboring property. Mako enjoyed his time here, and I got a workout in as well. I would suggest bringing some rain boots or muck boots for crossing the little creek at the entrance. I would book this site again!

Our dogs had the best time! We will definitely be returning. We went in a week that had a lot of rain & there was a fair amount of mud, but that’s to be expected

This was our first Sniff spot and we loved it! It was a great place for Yrsa to burn some energy and practice her off leash trail manners. In addition to the trails, there is a great clearing to play fetch and run around. It was a bit muddy, but we were warned and this was expected (next time I would wear my hiking boots instead though).

Goose is a 1.5 year old GSP who does great on trails! We unfortunately weren’t thinking how the snow would “hide” the trail, so she had a great time just running around everywhere. She had a blast no doubt but it was more stressful for us lol. Not the properties fault, just us not thinking about the snow!! Overall, it was so much land and the trails looping together were awesome. The snow made it tricky sometimes to figure out where we were but it was an adventure for sure!!! We will definitely be back in the spring!!

Little muddy as expected up the hill but at least the stream washes paws off before back to car! Good day to be out

We came the day after some rain and boy was it muddy! To be fair, the host had warned of the mud and I had my water proof boots on, but I was sliding around quite a bit and even fell once! Because of this we cut our visit short by 30 mins. Otherwise the dogs had a blast and the trails were well defined. The creek was our favorite part and the dogs enjoyed wading around. We’ll be back when the ground is less saturated for sure!
