***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. The land is developed with a focus on a food forest in permaculture, featuring permanent gardens, bees, and chickens (protected in a coop, with fully fenced external section). The land is alive and comfortable, very sunny, and offers several microclimates. The moss trails in the surrounding forest are impressive too. The land is very large and equipped with benches and swings to enjoy the sun and chat. There is private parking and a private entrance to the yard at the back. The village of Val-David is a tourist attraction in itself. People come here for the numerous cultural activities, climbing, forest hiking, mountain biking, the Petit Train du Nord bike path. There are good shows, good local beer, and a well-established artist community.

Yard is only available after 5pm every second week, and for only two weekends of each month. Please pick up sticks, and dog debris before leaving.
