A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. Be mindful your dogs don’t eat or ruin the raised garden beds surrounding patio! Newly planted apple trees are in the back of the yard but are protected by small fences. Neighbors have dogs that will visit at the fence! But they are willing to keep them inside if your dog(s) get upset. Entry: you can park anywhere in the back of the driveway near the fence gate. The fence gate has a carabiner on the inside that ensures the gate stays latched. You can easily reach your hand through to remove. Gate is very heavy but will open easily about 2 feet for entry without having to lift the gate to get it wider. Please replace carabiner when leaving.
