We do have a 42lb black lab mix that would stay with me inside during your stay (my office is upstairs and would be fully away from contact during your visit, (unless 1:1 dog interaction is desired- please just specify preference). Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, three dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. There isn't much to it, which makes it a great spot for dogs. There are places to sniff and explore, and very quiet neighbors. You can park in the cul-de-sac and make your way to the back. Easy, large, private, and pretty hard to destroy.
