This is my large backyard around 4000 sq. ft. with mostly grass (some of the back part of the yard is not grass covered). All fencing is new within the last 3 years, and is small dog friendly. The gate is kept unlocked for you to come and go as you please. We provide some dog toys and fresh water as well as a hose for more water if needed. Located in Crestwood neighborhood, parking off of Villa. The yard is about 7500 ft.², there is grass and there is dirt. I don’t mind if your dog digs. It is completely fenced in and has been checked for any way that a dog could get out. A hose for freshwater is available. **PARKING** The driveway and yard entrance is behind the house, directly off of Villa. Park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. The gate is unlocked.

THE POOL IS OPEN! SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION! The pool is ready to go at any time. For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs.
