Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

The gate is kept unlocked for you to come and go as you please. We provide some dog toys and fresh water as well as a hose for more water if needed. This partially wooded, 6 acre lot has lots to explore! Shallow and deep creek beds wind through the property with lots of trees and rock formations to discover. There are many shaded areas to rest and sunny spots to run and play.

We offer a large clean open backyard for your dog to run and play. We just moved in recently, so we're still making upgrades to the yard. We have a sitting spot for owners to chill and enjoy time with their pet. Let us know if anything is needed during the visit. Someone is always home as we also board dogs in our home. Up to date vaccinations are a requirement to keep all of our dogs safe.

It is completely fenced in and has been checked for any way that a dog could get out. A hose for freshwater is available. **PARKING** The driveway and yard entrance is behind the house, directly off of Villa. Park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. The gate is unlocked.

Bluebell House Private Dog Park is beautiful, 1 acre, and fully fenced. It is a perfect spot for dogs to run or hike off leash. There is a very small pond at the south end of the property. Feel free to use any of the outdoor furniture. We hope you and your fur baby enjoy our yard!

THE POOL IS OPEN! SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION! The pool is ready to go at any time. For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs.
