55Amazing and genuine hosts and a rustic farm that is welcoming and gives me a nostalgic feeling for the property that I grew up on. I will be booking again to celebrate my dog Louie’s 9th birthday. This will be a wonderful but bittersweet occasion, as Catahoula Leopard dog had a life expectancy of 10 to 14 years. I can’t imagine life without my Carahouligan!

55It was plenty of space and a pond to swim so it was fantasticin that sense. My only comment would be that although I now horse manure isn't going to kill my dog. I didn't want them eating it. Maybe a foundation to keep the pond in the water moving. I will go back without question. Dawn B.

55Nice large area with a pond for swimming! My dog is a HUGE swimmer, and being able to bring her here for a fun afternoon of swim time was so nice! We rotated between swimming and just walking around and exploring the property. She came home absolutely satisfied and exhausted which was the goal. Just a couple things to know. This is a farm property and there are farm animals (we saw 2 goats, a horse and some chickens). The farm animals were all contained and separated from the dog fun space by typical farm fencing. I chose to keep my dog on a 30-foot line as she has some significant prey drive. The field space also has horse manure in it which wasn't a problem for us but, again, just something to consider if that might be a problem for your dog. The farm animals were far enough away that it wasn't a hassle, but it's something to consider if your dog has prey drive. The host gave very clear directions about entering the property and where to find the fields and the pond which was very helpful. We are traveling through the area and this Sniffspot was a perfect place for us to get out and have some fun. If we were from the area, we would definitely visit again!
