Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property so dogs can sniff around, swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access now available! Pool, lanai, and WiFi available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Bring your own towels. :) * Pool, WiFi and lanai access - as an extra upon request. * NEW - Indoor restroom access * Seating for owners throughout the property * Easy parking (grass or driveway) * Quiet, natural environment The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. The pond is maintained by a local pond company. Next treatment is in January. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. The pond is tested monthly for toxic Blue/Green algae with OTC kit. We also run a test monthly to check for harmful bacteria (OTC kit as well). Our own dogs are in the pond frequently. We do our best to make sure the pond water is safe, although no test is 100%. We will close and cancel reservations if the pond tests positive for either. Please note the house has security cameras and we have two trail cams on the back on the property for safety. We are so happy to offer our yard to other dog lovers. very secluded, surrounded mostly by vegetation. Pool available. Pool is fenced in case you don't want your dog entering the pool. You have to open the pool fence to let them in. Fresh water, dog first aid kit. You may toss your doggie poop bag in the trash can as you leave. Hand sanitizer. Dog bath area (shampoo and conditioner is an extra expense). Back gate sets about 3-4 inches above the ground, so very small dogs could go under the gate or between the back fence rods. Bathroom by the pool. Towels to dry your dog off are in the pool bathroom as well. The total area the dog(s) can go is a little under .25 acres. While you are here, my dogs will be locked inside the house. They will only be visible at the patio doors. You may hear dogs in the distance, but it's secluded enough that you won't see dogs other than mine through the patio doors if you are close enough to them (there are squirrels, rabbits and such here and there).
