Water and toys-FULLY FENCED! 1 couple or 1 owner, 1-3 dogs only. Smaller dogs welcome, just be aware of little gaps, use leash as needed. No small kids or families at our spot for safety reasons. (Beware of red ant piles-we treat often but rains stir them up, dogs usually stay clear-Keep feet moving) Please honor your timeframe with 15 min buffer before & after bookings. Play dates of 5 dogs must be approved in advanced with owners in attendance. Must book under one primary guest only. Please review all notes in my spot profile. Our spot is designed to work with nature, weather and our hobby farm lifestyle. Occassionally we will use the large burn pit and grass will be mowed-rainy days will come and grass may grow tall before next mow. Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.
