We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

We have a hose and shower for your dog to rinse in when they’re done playing. We have a picnic bench by the pond for you to sit. There’s a hammock to relax in behind the home. Or, bring a blanket or a chair and sit under the pine trees to enjoy some shade and the sound of the wind chimes. We welcome any size and breed but please respect the Leave No Trace philosophy - we’ll be sure there’s no dog poop when you arrive and you make sure there’s none left while you’re here.
