Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

***We are closed for the season! We will reopen 4/1/26. See you in the Spring!*** Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans, and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! A "puppy pool" (kiddie pool) is available upon request (May through August) at no extra cost. We wash all toys, water dishes, human-handled surfaces and seating between each visit. Your health and your dog's health matter to us! Have fun 😊

Cooke Park in Rochester, Minnesota offers dog owners a scenic outdoor space with agility equipment, a designated area for small dogs, a lake or pond for water play, and trails for walks or runs. There’s room to run, lots to smell, trees to provide shade, a sandbox to roll in and places to play hide and seek with your bestie! It’s small enough for training and dogs with higher anxiety levels nd big enough to throw a ball or let them run out their zoomies. Tons of leaves that can be piled up for those that like the leaf piles, water bowls, a couple small kid pools in the warmer months, a hose is always available, pet towels available as well!

We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

We have two dogs of our own and also foster dogs. Working to save money for a fence and deck replacement, plus some landscaping - so we thought we'd offer our basic yard to people who may not have access to an off leash space in our area. We do have backyard chickens. They're enclosed in a fenced pen and will not be free-ranging during your visit, however, dogs with a strong prey drive are probably not a great fit for this spot. Our dogs and family will be inside for all SniffSpot bookings. We have a trash can that can be used by bookings. You're welcome to sit on our outdoor furniture and to any toys left out. Enter through either side gate and please make sure gate is closed when you leave. Help us keep our dogs safe.
