Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3 SUMMER: Kiddie pool will be setup in warmer weather (65F and up) unless guest requests otherwise. My backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff! *Water is off until May. Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also!

During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch or using the DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you. 💧 seasonal update: bring your own water. The hose is stored away for the winter.
