Private Pool and backyard

Fully Fenced
0.17 acres

Welcome to my backyard pool. My pool has a shallow platform for dogs just learning to swim or dogs that want to lie down in the water. There are plenty of chairs, chaise lounges and 2 umbrellas for shade (note: none if that is available during hurricane season (june to november). The yard is simple and gated. Please note: The pool vacuum hose is always in the pool and my dogs just swim over it. If this will be an issue for you or your dogs, this isn’t a good match for you. maximum of 2 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. Sorry but no children are allowed at any time! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. You will need to spend extra time skimming the pool for these types of coats. This is 100% non smoking property. Do not smoke anything while at my property. As I don’t meet my guests and for security reasons, please make sure your profile has a picture of you and your dog(s). There are some holes in the fences as they belong to my neighbors. They are not big enough for any dog to escape. The gate does not self close so make sure you manually do do after entering. Enjoy!

Frequently asked questions about Palm Bay dog beaches

Why are private dog beaches better than public dog parks in Palm Bay?

Private dog beaches in Palm Bay eliminate major public park risks: unpredictable dog encounters that scare puppies, aggressive dogs that trigger reactive behavior, chaotic crowds that overwhelm seniors or small dogs, and disease transmission from dozens of unknown dogs. Palm Bay's 5 private dog beaches offer complete privacy, professionally maintained cleanliness, and controlled environments. Whether you have a fearful puppy, a reactive adult, a fragile senior, or simply want peace of mind, private bookings give you control.

How safe are Palm Bay dog beaches compared to public dog parks?

Palm Bay dog beaches are significantly safer than public facilities. Public dog parks risk: aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, overcrowding that triggers reactive behaviors or injuries. Private Palm Bay dog beaches eliminate these concerns—bookings are completely private, all guests have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars.

Are Palm Bay dog beaches safe for reactive dogs?

Palm Bay owners of reactive dogs choose dog beaches because they offer safe, private environments for off-leash exercise without the triggers of public dog parks. Complete privacy means no unexpected dog encounters, no overwhelming chaos, no aggressive dogs. Reactive dogs can finally enjoy swimming and beach activities while building confidence in a controlled setting. Many Palm Bay reactive dog owners say Sniffspot is their only safe exercise option.

Can anxious dogs safely use Palm Bay dog beaches?

Yes! Palm Bay dog beaches provide controlled environments perfect for anxious or fearful dogs. No other dogs means no triggers, no overwhelming situations. Anxious dogs can explore a waterfront area where dogs can swim, play in sand, and enjoy beach activities off-leash at their own pace without stress. Many Palm Bay dog beaches offer quiet, spacious settings ideal for building confidence in nervous dogs who struggle at chaotic public dog parks.

Are Palm Bay dog beaches good for small dogs?

Absolutely! Small dogs benefit enormously from Palm Bay dog beaches because they can explore without fear of being trampled or intimidated by larger breeds. Many small dog owners in Palm Bay avoid public parks entirely due to safety concerns—dog beaches eliminate that worry. Filter for appropriate sizing, secure fencing with no gaps, and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

Do Palm Bay dog beaches work for senior dogs?

Yes! Senior dogs thrive at Palm Bay dog beaches because they can move at their own pace without being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or young dogs. Look for Palm Bay dog beaches with flat terrain, easy access, shade, and smaller sizes if your senior has mobility limitations. The privacy means your older dog can rest when needed and enjoy gentle exercise without stress.

What do Palm Bay dog owners say about dog beaches?

Reviews of Palm Bay dog beaches consistently highlight: excellent privacy for all dog types, secure fencing that prevented escapes, clean and well-maintained spaces, responsive hosts, and safe environments for anxious, fearful, reactive, senior, and small dogs. Local favorite Private Pool and backyard is particularly praised in Palm Bay. Read reviews to see real experiences from Palm Bay dog owners with similar needs.

How clean and maintained are Palm Bay dog beaches?

Palm Bay hosts maintain their own dog beaches and take pride in providing excellent experiences. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers). Many Palm Bay hosts provide poop bags, trash cans, and regular cleaning. Reviews highlight maintenance quality—browse Palm Bay dog beach listings to see real feedback about cleanliness and upkeep.
