Our dog had a great time! It was muddy after a lot of rain so we didn’t get to use as much of the property as we might be able to in the future, but Kaido LOVED the horses and getting muddy in the pasture run. Jackie was great! Gave us a tour of the property and hung out with us to help get Kaido acclimated to the property.

Beautiful location and well-kept property is fenced in. My 3 kids had a blast running around and swimming. There are multiple ponds location and also a trail that you can hike. We will be going back.

Jackie and her fiancé are AWESOME! Their place is exactly as described and is basically puppy paradise. They were so nice and friendly. My dog loved her time, and I will definitely be back. 10/10

This is a great spot for the pups to play and run around! We are unable to provide the room to run at our current house, and our girls were used to running around and playing on a half acre plot before we moved; so this was just perfect…and we were happy to see them able to run and jump again. Great location, nice flat yard. It’s all ready for playtime, for sure. Plenty to do and a nice place to get out of the sun is available as well, with treats and water provided. We will be back!

Perfect spot for puppy play!! A big doggie pool. A digging spot. A nice patio to sit and relax, where there is also fresh water for the babies. The fence is strong and secure. There are shady areas in the yard also. Big and spacious for the eight dogs that joined us today. We will definitely return!

Perfect for playtime and training with my standard poodle mix, Peanut! There is a pooper scooper and trash can in the screen area, ceiling fans (which Peanut loved since it was so hot!), water, treats, and toys. There is also a sign on the gate to notify whether there is a visit in progress, which is brilliant. Overall a great space, especially if you are just starting to get your pup used to going to new places. The original pool was unavailable at our visit - so they had an adorable replacement, which was actually better for us as it had shorter sides! We were impressed that they got such a fun & good quality temporary replacement instead of just a cheap kiddy pool. It was clean, and had fresh water in it already upon arrival. The little things really do make a difference. It is your typical florida sandy-ish yard, well kept with plenty of room to run. Secure and tall fence which looks new. Looked just as pictured! Owner messaged back to answer my questions almost immediately. I was extremely happy about the perfect levels of distraction for training, and simply for confidence building. This is different for every dog, but for my fairly anxious pup - having the cars occasionally drive by and neighbors voices in the distance behind the tall thick fence was perfect. We saw a kitty in the window, but cats aren’t a big trigger for Peanut - so it was perfect for working on “leave it”. We are excited to start coming here more regularly for training and off-leash playtime!

Easy to get to. Host is fast to respond. Lots of places to sit. The boys had a great time!

Nice place with lots of room to run! Even though it’s only partially fenced as advertised, the area where you’ll be spending all your time is the left side and back of the property, which are the 3 sides fenced in. 💪

My daughter and I had a wonderful morning throwing the tennis ball and relax with our dog. It was an awesome place and very nice place. I would visit again for sure

I never would have imagined we had a gem like this so close to home! As soon as we pulled in, there was someone waiting to show us around. The property was absolutely beautiful with so many things to explore. Franklin is normally very weary of water and even decided he wanted to go splash around the pond in between zoomies! I'm so glad we decided to go for the membership because we will absolutely be back soon.

Our first time so host gave us a tour of places:swimming spots, trails, and sitting spots. Wonderful escape from the city. Pinto enjoyed running, swimming, and saying hi to the horses. Will definitely be visiting this place again!!!

This place is so great! The host greeted right when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property, which has trails and freshwater lakes for swimming. We’ve had our dog who was never socialized and is dog reactive for 2-3 years now. This was the first time she’s ever been off leash and she loved it. Incredibly grateful for Canter Woods which gave our dog the opportunity to play like a normal dog for the first time in her life. We’ll be back — a lot.

I cannot thank Tess & her husband enough for this opportunity. My girl had an absolute blast and my son did too. Truly a gem.
