Our yard has been a labor of love for many years and we’re happy to be sharing it with you. Beautiful old (and new) trees are flourishing, fruit is ripening, and birds are singing! We have the best heated pool oasis. Dogs love to come to swim in the pool. The yard has some grass so they can play and run. Also great for humans to enjoy with their furry loved ones.

I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. Doggie bags are hanging up on the window and there’s a green trash bin available. You’re welcome to use the hose for doggie drinking water, play time, or a bath. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.

It’s a 2 1/2 acres to run. Price is for each dog . Plenty of space to run . It’s an open space with trees.

Beautiful home completely fenced in with salt water pool, sun deck and spa. Beautiful backyard, with lake access, a hose and access to AC restroom. Enjoys duck watching or the nice breeze while your fur baby enjoys. We have a side area enclosed which is meant for digging or running with some real grass and rocks. Separate from that, We also have a fully fenced backyard with turf and a large shady tree, tables and beautiful views. We have several adds available as well! . Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. A bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and pet safe mosquito repellent will be provided. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :) EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

A massive back yard for dog fun ideal for dog trainers and individuals whom would like to spend quality time with their best friend.

Tennis balls, hose, water bowl, hand sanitizer, pooper scooper with bin so you don’t even have to worry about bags. Come for free to play with my dog or enjoy this spot for a small fee for solo play! Pool can be used by humans, but sorry no dogs due to the lining type :(
