Please put toys that were played with in there when finished. ** Thanks! ** No excessive barking please, after 5pm especially **may not be suitable for super small dogs like Chihuahuas as there is a gap by the entrance gate ** Meeting first not mandatory. Just message me 😊 *PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PUPS POOP!!!* Park like setting in the city! ~Hose hook up around the corner of house for water for the dog to drink and the kiddie pool. ~Toys provided and are cleaned regularly with 7th generation cleaner. ~Outlet to charge your phone if needed to the right of the sliding doors. ~ poo bags & garbage pail provided. ~Bring towel for your pup if they want to play in the water! ~Please return toys to blue bin and shut the water off if used at end of visit. ~please close the gate on your way out. 1 acre is mowed, which leads to a bridge that goes across the creek where the trails begin. My dogs love the trails SOOOO much to sniff out! I have a very playful little guy, so if your pup loves to play, let me know, and we can let them tire each other out!!!

Starting April 6, 2024 a portion of our spot will be fenced off for maintenance.

Lovely private fenced yard bordering Mill Road Park. Private parking, handicap accessible. Come relax with your dog in this quiet haven, only 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. We have a table and chairs available in non-snow seasons, water for your pup, access to a hose if you need to hose off at all. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else you need!

The Pawsitive Dog Park offers a serene country setting, featuring a large flat area, a two-story hill, and a soundscape of bird and frog songs. This expansive space provides ample room for dogs to run and play freely. Seasonal wild fruits are available for visitors to enjoy, including black raspberries and red raspberries in the back of the yard, cherries near the firepit wood pile, and pears from the tree by the side of the house. The property is home to a variety of creatures. Guests may have the opportunity to catch glimpses of local wildlife, such as deer, squirrels, chipmunks, songbirds, hawks, frogs, foxes, various butterflies, fireflies (seen across the street in early July), and the occasional harmless garter snake. The diversity of birds in this area is remarkable, thanks to its close proximity to woods, fields, and marshes. We appreciate the natural wildlife and enjoy observing each sighting. Please be aware that while we discourage direct interaction with the wildlife, our property is equipped with several family-friendly amenities that we warmly invite you to enjoy. These include a sandbox, various yard games, board games, and a ninja course complete with a swing. We kindly inform you that the pool, zipline, and trampoline are not accessible at this time. We hope these facilities enhance your stay, providing fun and entertainment for all ages. An indoor bathroom is available for use upon request, provided the hosts are present on the premises and have been notified of the need.

I have a beautiful back yard that your dog would love! My dog enjoys running around and checking out the scents. He said he wants to share 😉 Plenty of sunshine and chairs!

Welcome ! Come and play in our tunnels & splash in our pool! Come get all your zoomies out and run unleashed 🩷 We are a small private dog daycare & boarding facility but I am allowing others to rent our space from 5pm - 10pm at night! You can even host the most amazing dog birthday parties. We welcome our local dog walkers to use the space as well where you can host all your clients at the same time. We do sanitize regularly and wash the toys as well. We also have multiple different fenced areas so this would be a great place to possibly introduce new friends. Please be respectful of our equipment and our neighbors. No excessive barking PLEASE & clean up after your pet.

Lovely large backyard and deck with partially covered pergola for shade. Landing with row of arborvitae trees for playing tag. Sloped bottom of yard works well for playing catch, racing back & forth or just getting out some energy! Fresh water, treats and a great spot that’s fun for your fur baby & relaxing for you!

This field has one acre of wild flowers blooming during the summer. You are welcome to walk and take photos, but please do not pick the flowers. This is a conservation project in partnership with Natural Resources Conservation Service, Lyons, NY
