A few comforts for you & your pup 🐶 We have plenty of comfortable seating and table space on our covered porch, making it a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the views while your pup plays. Before your arrival, we’ll provide a freshly disinfected water bowl, filled just a few minutes before you arrive. You’ll also have access to our outdoor hose anytime you need to refill it. Your pup will also find a small splash pool that many dogs absolutely love! It will be cleaned and freshly filled before your visit. Some pups even enjoy taking a little drink from it — they’re welcome to enjoy it however they please! Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

Gorgeous 0.75 acre fully fenced dog park in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a woodland garden filled with native plants, a pine grove, and lots of open grass to run! Fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence. Comfy Adirondack chairs with pull-out foot rests are available for those who want to relax, or there is an outdoor strider running machine that you’re welcome to use if you want to workout while your dogs explore!

Historic and scenic property with natural barriers

I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. Both serve as natural barriers on either side of the property. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There are chairs there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I call this the “money spot” because there is easy access to and from the creek for dogs and humans. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. There are two dog leads on the property you’re welcome to use for training etc. One is ~50ft and the other is nearly 100 ft long. They both attached to trees and can handle the weight/pull of large dogs. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft(s) in the creek should your visit cause it to pop.

Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard boundary is marked by a tree line and untrimmed grass, following where the fence used to be. Also a note that the Nextdoor neighbors have chickens and a pup that they keep in an enclosed area. Quite likely you’ll hear them during your exploration of our yard!

Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the Sniffspot toy box. Water: please fill bowl with water from hose. Turn spicier on, turn small black valve to get water from shorter hose for the bowl. The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Zen Paw Ranch

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard.
