Maple Ridge Farms-100 Acre Woods

Unfenced
100 acres

Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes**** Happy WINTER❄️☃️Please keep the weather in mind. All of our trails are in the woods. We try our best to drive the trails and keep them open as much as we can snow permitting 💪❄️ We HIGHLY recommend if the wind is Above 15 mph to reschedule. (You can cancel and get your money back-we understand) We just don’t want you or your pet getting hurt if anything were to happen in the woods. One other thing. Don’t forget bring those Boots. 🥾 All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it snows or rains it could be a little muddy. There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 One other thing: if it's snow, we don't put the water buckets out because we don't want them to freeze. I don't know about your pups, but mine love to eat the snow anyways. 🪣🤣☃️ Thank you for checking out our spot!! We look forward to meeting you and your furfriends. 🐕☺️ Maple Ridge Farms ❤️ *** If you have any questions always feel free to message us and ask ☺️🐕

Joanne's 100 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Vicksburg

Fully Fenced
100 acres

Has your dog become a couch potato? Bring it on out for some good conditioning. Recommended for hunting/sporting dogs and large dogs, we have 100+ acres fenced in with 10' tall fence. Owner will need to walk with their dog (off leash of course) since sight of your dog is limited. The property includes a creek that runs across the front of the property, crop fields (currently soybeans), wooded areas, wetland, and some gentle hills. You can walk the perimeter of the fence and down many trails. It takes me about 40 minutes to walk the front part of the perimeter I cover with my dogs. There is a pond but due to the heat, it is currently covered in algae. Your dog will have access to the creek for drinking, swimming, and playing in. There are a few plastic Adirondack chairs set out for resting. Depending on the time of day, you may hear and/or see my dogs and our rental house occupants dogs. There will be no other dogs inside the fenced area when you visit. This is also in a farming area, so you may hear livestock from neighboring farms. I cannot guarantee that your dog will be clean or stick-tight free when leaving but they will have fun and be tired. This is a great spot for conditioning your upland bird dog before hunting season. No shooting or hunting on our property.

Private 2-Acre Meadow & Mowed Nature Trails

Unfenced
2 acres

Give your dog a chance to slow down, sniff, explore, and enjoy a little country space! Our approximately 2-acre field features a winding mowed loop with two cross paths through the center, giving you several different ways to wander without simply walking back and forth. The field is intentionally kept natural, with tall grasses, wildflowers, young trees, bushes, raspberry patches, and other native plants surrounding the mowed trails. There are plenty of interesting smells and places to investigate, making this a fun spot for dogs who love sniffing and exploring. A lower/pit area with more mature trees is visible from the trails and adds to the secluded, natural feel of the property, although that area is not currently part of the maintained walking path. The property is not fenced, so dogs should remain leashed or on a long line unless they have reliable recall. Because this is a natural field, you may encounter the normal assortment of country residents and annoyances, including insects, ticks, wildlife, uneven ground, and seasonal plants. For your visit, you’ll have: * Two designated parking spaces at the end of the paved driveway * A dog waste bag station * A trash can for used bags * Clearly mowed paths through the field * Plenty of room for a peaceful sniffari away from busy parks This is a simple, natural space designed for dogs who don’t need playground equipment or fancy amenities. Just room to walk, sniff, decompress, and be a dog. Please clean up after your dog and help us keep the trails enjoyable for everyone.

Frequently asked questions about Plainwell dog fields

What amenities do Plainwell dog fields typically include?

Plainwell dog fields feature amenities designed for full-speed running and fetch: wide-open grass fields, fetch lanes, and open running space, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Plainwell hosts customize their spaces. Browse 71 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Plainwell dog fields?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Plainwell dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Plainwell spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Plainwell dog fields listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog fields in Plainwell compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Plainwell see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog fields have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Plainwell hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Plainwell dog fields on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Plainwell dog fields offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Plainwell private dog fields let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog fields in Plainwell?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Plainwell that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Plainwell dog fields have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Plainwell dog fields allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Plainwell dog fields welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Plainwell where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Plainwell dog fields for special events?

Many Plainwell dog fields welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Plainwell hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Plainwell dog field listings for event policies.

How do Plainwell dog fields accommodate dogs with special needs?

Plainwell dog fields are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Plainwell special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
