Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Unfenced
59 acres

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. You may have to walk from the road (if the city also has plowed). Use your discretion. Be safe! ***There is a heated bucket for winter. After freeze temperatures begin, there won’t be a hose available.

Mel's 15 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Laingsburg

Unfenced
15 acres

Lovely 150 year old decommissioned farm that has been rewilding for 40 years. It has been held as a private wildlife refuge and has been farm and garden chemical free for many years. Trails wind through meadows, woods, and across frozen marsh in the wintertime. Encounter deer, turkey, crane, friendly crows, songbirds, raptors, a wide variety of wildflowers and trees. Also the occasional bunny, fox, coyote, raccoon squirrels and chipmunks pass through. In sheltering spots like my wood chip pile, I have seen snakes and salamanders. In season there are berries and fruit from wild apple and pear trees scattered along the trails. Note that this is a natural area resulting from the rewilding process and not a groomed and open park-like setting. But the trails are wide and mowed regularly for ease of walking. In the woods be prepared to navigate the occasional sticks and branches that may be on the path as typical of a natural woodlot. Wear sturdy walking shoes. This is an exciting place for dogs to sniff around! Looking forward to your visit!

Frequently asked questions about Flint dog fields

Where can I find dog fields in Flint?

Flint has 87 private dog fields available through Sniffspot, offering full-speed running and fetch in completely private settings. These locations range from compact spaces to properties spanning 59.3+ acres. Whether you need a space for your reactive dog, puppy socialization, senior dog gentle exercise, or high-energy play, Flint dog fields provide safe, private environments. Filter for "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, or fencing types to find your perfect match.

How many dog fields are in Flint?

Flint offers 87 dog fields ranging from compact spaces to properties spanning acres. You'll find diverse options: fully-fenced for escape artists, indoor climate-controlled for year-round use, swimming pools for hot days, agility courses for training, and more. Each Flint dog field listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are Flint dog fields good for all dog types?

Yes! Flint dog fields work for every dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer without large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space, and reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse Flint's 87 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at Flint dog fields?

Not a chance. Flint dog fields operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For Flint owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are Flint dog fields safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! Flint dog fields provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a large, open grass area where dogs can run at full speed and play fetch without overwhelming encounters. Many Flint dog owners specifically choose dog fields for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Can puppies use Flint dog fields?

Absolutely! Flint dog fields are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a large, open grass area where dogs can run at full speed and play fetch, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best dog field in Flint?

Start by filtering Flint's 87 dog fields for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like Flint's Amber's 15 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Williamston with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other Flint owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are Flint's dog field requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each Flint host may have additional rules on their listing. Most dog fields welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
