Personal yard, my dog's love it and if like other dogs to enjoy as well, I will not bring my dog's out during visits because I have a new rescue I'm trying to bond with and an old girl that's set in her ways lol. Feel free to come and sit in the netted area and feel free to make use of the water hose it reaches to the back yard. No worries about cleaning up I'll do it at the end of the day everyday.
