We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. Two people per dog are allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, please add on a Pawty Package. Make sure to grab a doggy treat bag from the mailbox before you leave :) ***We may periodically be outside working or the kids playing. Our backyard is a half acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located and ample parking. Tons of room to run and sniff! Half of the backyard is grass. The other half is a mix of pollinators and weeds awaiting my picking. It was all buckthorn when we bought the house in 2021 😬 I use natural methods to control weeds by hand picking, cardboard and tarps for smothering patches of weeds as I work on slowly planting the “wild area.” The cardboard is pretty ugly, but it’s very effective in killing invasive weeds. So far I’ve planted more than 150 varieties of perennials 🌻 I haven’t verified that all the plants are dog-safe so please take precautions by preventing your dog from eating the plants. Humans, please try to take care to not trample the perennials in the wild area ❤️

This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also!
