This is a quiet, one road subdivision with large lots. The yard is fully 4’ fenced with a divider fence down the center and agility equipment on one side of the fence. The first section of the yard has a garbage can with poop picker, sandbox, sprinkler and garden hose, water bowl for the dogs and chairs for the humans. The back section has a dogwalk, a-frame, teeter, tunnel, weaves, and jumps.

We have a half acre of maintaned property for dogs to come visit, access to indoor bathroom, snacks, and hose and bucket supplied for your doggo, we are a horse boarding facility and would appreciate if dogs do not chase the horses, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you!

Hello! Welcome to our little homestead! We are a 5min drive from exit 240 on I65. Our homestead is 3 acres, our backyard is a great place to run, chase rabbits and play fetch. We have 4 dogs who stay inside the gated area along with our chickens & ducks. Feel free to come & let your dog(s) run around getting their energy out! When you enter our driveway, you will want to follow the drive next to our poke barn. There you can park & have access to the back yard.

Feel free to use our large parking area and our 1/4 acre yard we also have table chairs and a fire pit there is a dumpster available if you need to empty out any trash from your journey you can also dispose of your pet waste there. Also if we are home you can feel free to ask about the restroom if it's an emergency. The pictures are previous to my son cleaning up the yard more. It is a quiet area. Smoke friendly :-). Wi-Fi is also available and doordash will deliver.
