Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas, bottomless water bowls and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a nice nap on the hammock, sit at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! *Pricing set to $6 for off season until end of feb (set back to $10 in March) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the Back Yard right in front of the driveway, feel free to Park on the drive or front of house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul de sac. You will have your time with your puppa(s) in my Large Fenced in back yard, uninterrupted. I have one Doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water, and the trash can to dispose of 💩. I have a container of dog toys available for use, aswell as newly added agility equipment for those that wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the Summer leading into Fall Months on Wednesdays afternoons so booking during that time may not be possible. There may be some divets/holes in the yard from where doggos have dug, so please watch your footing!

Update for Former Guests: the stone house and yard are no longer part of our spot. ***See the last photo in our gallery for an overview map of the updated Sniffspot. Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Welcome to "All Paws Welcome" Sniffspot Annapolis. Your furry friend is in for a treat with this private .27-acre, fully fenced yard featuring a trex patio, picnic table, comfortable seating, and even a hammock. Whether you're looking for a regular spot for your pup to run or just visiting the area, we've got you covered. If you need an outlet to power your work devices there is one conveniently located behind the blue sofa on the deck for your use. Note: If you have a foster pup that needs a place to run message me to set up your visit no charge. For dogs who love to explore by sniffing, our backyard backs to 340 acre Quiet Water Park with miles of woods, offering a plethora of scents, from deer to foxes and more. To help us maintain this space, please clean up after your dog. We provide a pooper scooper, bags (in black container on patio), and a trash can conveniently located by the gate. Water will be provided if we are available, if not there is a dog bowl on patio and hose on side of house by entrance (please make sure to turn hose off after use!) **We are mastiff lovers but accept dogs of all colors/shapes/sizes. 😃 ** Beautiful, fully fenced, 1 acre open area that includes a small patch of woods. This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. We are just getting started and are working on a seating area, dog pool and dog toys. There are several security cameras on site. There is also access to both cold and hot water (in the fall/winter) in case your dog needs a quick rinse. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting. If you would like to be a member, please send me a message. When booking, please note that: **MEMBERS only require 1 hour notice, and can book up to 30 days out.** *Non-Members require at least 2 hours notice, and can only book up to 14 days out so please check again later if you’re desired date/time are not available yet.*

Over 4200 square feet of Astroturf play area conveniently located adjacent to the BWI airport (less than a 5 min Uber ride away). The yard is surrounded by wooden privacy fencing so your pups can focus on playing! Astroturf provides a soft, plush, clean surface so even wet dogs don’t get dirty during their stay (perfect if you’re waiting on a flight or traveling with your pup). Aluminum gazebo to protect you from the elements, and a separate covered sitting area to keep guests shaded. Space is equipped with agility equipment including an a-frame, adjustable jump, tunnel, agility stakes, and back tie. The space also has various toys, and a metal tug toy assembly in the tree (use provided rope toy or bring your own toy to hook into it). If coordinated in advance (and with owner supervision) you can even use the slat mill for an extra physical challenge. If you’re bringing a young puppy out please message us directly so we can put out the ball pit. The space is equipped to be used in the dark and has many solar motion activated lights along the fence, solar lights on the pergola, and a lit walkway leading up to the gate. We also have a rechargeable lantern for extra bright lighting! The best travel companion is a happy/tired pet. When the weather is nice- you may see some neighbors on your way in and may hear them while in the yard. You may also hear the normal neighborhood noises and the occasional cluck of a chicken (there are 🐓 next door; however, the privacy fence is slated, the fence is over 8ft tall, and the turf is on a hard rock pack so they aren’t super visible and they’d be EXTREMELY hard to get to). No dogs live in the yards adjacent to the fence so you rarely hear barking; however, we occasionally take in reactive board and trains. In the extremely rare case one of our houseguests barks and disturbs your peace during the visit let us know and we will make it right. The small red cooler typically has water for the humans! Please help yourselves! Please no smoking 🚭 anywhere on the property. Cigarettes could damage our turf (extremely expensive to fix) and poison dogs.
