We didn’t make it down to the brook but will be sure to check it out next time. The host and his children were outside in the yard and were very kind to give my reactive dog some space. We really enjoyed our private hike in the woods. My dog had a blast! There are lots of trails to explore but we did get turned around a couple times. 55First time at this spot!! We will definitely be back my dogs had a great time and you’re not far from home. Nice to have peace of mind that you aren’t going to run into other unleash dogs. We booked in hour & 1/2 it was just enough.

We have a leash reactive pup and live in the city, so this was truly a special spot for us. We traversed the trails for an hour and a half (about two miles I think?) and our pup had such a great time. So many new sights and smells. She even showed us some moves we didn’t know she had like walking across a log like it was a balance beam!
It’s hard to express how much these sniffspots mean to reactive dog families! Thank you to Charles for sharing this space with us.

55Hands down the best spot we've visited so far! Trails are well marked and the host sent us a map ahead of time so we could download it onto our google maps (since service was spotty). Lots of good smells for our pup and he got some fresh water to drink in the river. The entire larger figure 8 loop is about 1.5 miles (per the Apple Watch). We went in the middle of Feb and there was tons of snow so definitely good thing we brought spikes (doable without, but spikes made it much easier to maneuver).
