Our yard was made for dogs. We designed it to be a mess free spot for our dogs to play! There is an area of grass (it’s a tad brown right now due to the extreme temps) that’s surrounded by smooth rocks to avoid muddy paws. There is a small dog pool available for your dog to play or if you want to give a bath! We provide dog towels for your convenience. Relax on our comfy chairs in the shade. The yard is shaded all day so no need to worry about the heat or sunburns. We hope you and your dog will enjoy our spot!

Welcome to our backyard! Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. However, we have a dog of our own and he loves the yard! Let us know if you are interested in having a pup play date where our dog joins in on the fun :) Thanks for checking out our spot!

A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! Welcome to the farm land! We are mainly a goat and chicken farm and want to welcome others to have fun on our land! There is a seperate pasture where we have horses and cows but it is fenced off. We are about 3/4 of a mile off the main road and it is mostly quiet. We do have a pen on 12 goats but it is secure with mesh fencing. They can be a bit loud during feeding times. The grass is mowed aswell.

We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

Boyko Ranch offers a large indoor play area for those rainy days! It also offers a large outdoor, fully fenced yard with some toys and agility obstacles for extra fun!

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa.
