A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course, pup pool & splash pad, a dig pit, large sand pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, small pool, splash pad and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! When I lived in Fairfield , I used a Sniff Spot about an hour from me for my two Rottweilers. It was a lifesaver, and provided them with such an increased quality of life. When I moved here to Sonora, I had to fence in my property for my dogs, and when I did, I realized that I might be able to offer that same experience to other pup parents.  I now have three Rottweilers, one of whom I recently adopted from FOAC, our local rescue agency. My other female is a rescue as well. They’re very sweet dogs but they will not be visible during your visit. There’s a moderate grade slope to most of the yard. Half of the property has excellent tree coverage for your pup on hot or rainy days. Please consider adding pics of your pups enjoying themselves! I would love to see them!

Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will Construct a much better concrete wading pool w drainage and fresh daily. (stay tuned) There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use permits.

An incredible yard for your dog to run and play. Plenty of dog toys are provided and we encourage you to let your dog run free! There is plenty of space to run wild and allow your dog to socialize if you bring more than 1. The yard has a small deck for owners to sit and relax while your dog runs free. If you prefer to be on the lawn, you are welcome to grab a chair and sit on the lawn under the trees. Hammock can be used and we encourage dogs to please use the designated 💩 area for their needs.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. *Note: due to the recent canine RSV breakout, we are allowing only 1-2 guests per day spread out so we have time to sanitize all dog bowls, balls, and toys in between visits to keep your pups safe and healthy! Also, in the winter, we may close our spot periodically during/after rainy days due to excessive mud/flooding. It usually needs a day or two to dry out. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, a pup pool + pup splash pad (both are an extra fee), poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! A fun front yard adventure for your pup! Golf-course-like iron gate surrounds the yard so your fur baby can see the passersby, and there is a covered patio if you’d like to sit while your dog gets the zoomies out.
