Boyko Ranch offers a large indoor play area for those rainy days! It also offers a large outdoor, fully fenced yard with some toys and agility obstacles for extra fun!

You walk down the trail to acreage way below the house. There is a sitting area and acres of bushwhacking woods for your dog to run and explore off leash. You will be walking uphill when you go back to your car.

When I lived in Fairfield , I used a Sniff Spot about an hour from me for my two Rottweilers. It was a lifesaver, and provided them with such an increased quality of life. When I moved here to Sonora, I had to fence in my property for my dogs, and when I did, I realized that I might be able to offer that same experience to other pup parents.  I now have three Rottweilers, one of whom I recently adopted from FOAC, our local rescue agency. My other female is a rescue as well. They’re very sweet dogs but they will not be visible during your visit. There’s a moderate grade slope to most of the yard. Half of the property has excellent tree coverage for your pup on hot or rainy days. Please consider adding pics of your pups enjoying themselves! I would love to see them!

Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will Construct a much better concrete wading pool w drainage and fresh daily. (stay tuned) There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use permits.

An incredible yard for your dog to run and play. Plenty of dog toys are provided and we encourage you to let your dog run free! There is plenty of space to run wild and allow your dog to socialize if you bring more than 1. The yard has a small deck for owners to sit and relax while your dog runs free. If you prefer to be on the lawn, you are welcome to grab a chair and sit on the lawn under the trees. Hammock can be used and we encourage dogs to please use the designated 💩 area for their needs.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. *Note: due to the recent canine RSV breakout, we are allowing only 1-2 guests per day spread out so we have time to sanitize all dog bowls, balls, and toys in between visits to keep your pups safe and healthy! Also, in the winter, we may close our spot periodically during/after rainy days due to excessive mud/flooding. It usually needs a day or two to dry out. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, a pup pool + pup splash pad (both are an extra fee), poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! Our backyard is dog friendly with both maintained grass area and concrete . Fenced on all sides with no aggressive pet neighbors. Multiple spots with shade all day long. Nice backyard to let your pets stretch their legs.

Late winter through early summer: short mowed grass field under huge evergreen tree. Please note that as is typical for the valley, and because we don’t use any chemicals on our property, there are some foxtails and goatheads seasonally. We keep it mowed and weed whacked, but please check over your dog after your visit! New field and fence will be installed later this year. We require proof of your dog’s current vaccines prior to your visit, to ensure the health & safety of all our guests, as well as the health & safety our personal dogs and any dogs boarding with us. We cannot accept any dog onto the property that does not have proof of vaccinations. Training equipment & grooming table available upon special request. Dog treadmill, dog crates, and other amenities available upon request.

Hi! We have a quarter of an acre yard that is easy access in the middle of Carmichael. I call it hidden Paradise for dogs and fur Parents too. If you want a place that you and your fur baby can enjoy alone time. Take a walk or play this is a Pawfect place for you. We do have a lot of parking space. We provide chairs under the tree. Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. We have fully fenced with the playground and trampoline for kids. Plenty of space for the fur babies to run. We can provide towels and kiddie pool if needed (for $2 more per dog/item) we have a small dog that will be inside while the backyard is in use. Please pick up after your pups. We have trash can available and water for all humans and dogs. Please keep them on leash until you enter the gate. We have stable behind our yard that sometimes the horses and donkey might come out please try not to let them bark at them. Thank you
