Private Dog-Friendly Pool with Easy Entry Steps & Fully Fenced Yard 🐾💦

Welcome to our private, dog-friendly pool and fully fenced backyard! 🐶💙 What makes this spot special is the easy pool entry with wide steps so dogs can comfortably get into the water, stand, splash, rest, and build confidence at their own pace. This is a great spot for dogs who already love to swim, but it’s especially nice for dogs who are new to the water or prefer to stay where they can comfortably touch and rest. The pool has wide entry steps and a ramp, giving dogs an easy way to get in and out of the water. They can stand on the steps, splash, cool off, take breaks, or slowly build confidence before swimming. 💙 🐶 Why dogs love this spot: • Easy pool entry with wide steps and a ramp • Great for beginner and experienced swimmers • Plenty of room to splash, swim, or simply enjoy the water • Fully fenced yard with private off-leash play • Fresh drinking water and treats available 💦 Pool features: • Private swimming pool reserved for your visit • Heated on request — please message me when booking • Professionally maintained and cleaned regularly • Easy entry and exit for dogs 🌿 For the humans: • Comfortable outdoor seating • Indoor restroom available • Private, peaceful backyard setting • Great for relaxing while your dog plays and swims Your reservation is private, so you and your dog can enjoy the space without sharing it with other guests. First time here? I’m happy to show you around when arranged in advance and help your dog get comfortable with the pool setup. Please supervise your dog around the pool at all times, keep the pool gate closed, and clean up after your pup. Dogs and people use the pool at their own risk. Come swim, splash, play, cool off, or simply let your pup explore the water at their own pace. We can’t wait to host you! 🐕💦☀️

2/3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Agility field

Our Sniffspot is located on a quiet dead end in the back of Montara, CA. It is fully fenced. It contains 2 fields, a lower and upper, both suitable for use. I will have agility courses set up a portion of the time. Please do not move equipment if there is a numbered course set up. You are free to use tunnels and jumps, but please be careful on the contact obstacles if they are set up. Please watch your dogs and do not allow them to mark the obstacles, tunnels, jumps or weave poles. If they do, can you kindly rinse with the watering can. Do not place any human items or treats on the dog walk. Do not rest or lean on the dog walk. It is an expensive piece of equipment, not a table. Note: there are chickens and horses next door at times, please do not allow your dogs to bark or charge the fence at them. Also, do not let your dogs repeatedly run up to the horses if they are near the fence, and potentially scare them. They are not as visible from the lower field. I have an older dog that sometimes barks from inside the house but she is not visible. Thanks for exploring our Sniffspot!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with private, spacious backyard for your dog to explore. Fully fenced. Plenty of street parking available. Please note there are stairs to access the main yard.

Quiet garden sanctuary in the city.

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to run and play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business” - smile. That’s a serious and mandatory request. Poop bags are available in the plastic box with the other dog gear, but please bring your own backup supply just in case and do not leave the poop bags behind. BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless. Please arrive always with your own supply of water - rain or shine - and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!
