A world-class Pacific Northwest natural rainforest adventure awaits you and your best friends on 66-year-old trails, through 2 acres of trails, forest, tall old growth trees, a creek, and open areas for ball throwing and chasing sticks on 9 terraces. Starting with your choice of 2 entrance paths on the far left and right over a bluff that winds around to The Landing Pad, through other trails forming circles to run around on and play. ('Yes, there are 2 paths you can go by'). At the very bottom, our Madhatter trail leads to a creek. The property is partially fenced and has natural barriers. It is bounded by a fence at the top, a fence on one L-shaped side, a cliff, and creek on the other. Bring more than one dog, if at all possible, because they LOVE to play 'Hide and Go Seek', and chase each other around in circles on the switchback trails, down the hill to the creek and back up the hill to the lodge. This tranquil forest was mostly clear-cut between 66 to 100 years ago then not replanted. So we replanted our 2-acre forest with 600+ trees. The ground is wood chips, sand, Pacific Northwest duff, with 160ft tall Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Alder, Big Leaf Maple trees, 1 Madrona, ferns, and native bushes with views of a 20-acre privately owned forested wetland. We prepared the yard as a Sniffspot for dogs. Rarely seen are animals in the forest - occasional wild rabbits, moles, squirrels, mountain beavers, raccoons, mice, shrews, voles, and weasels. Many birds are seen and heard here- thrush, grosbeaks, warblers, sparrows, starlings, chickadees, flycatchers, redstarts, vireos, tanager, pewees, orioles, woodpeckers - shorebirds, waterfowl, raptors, such as hawks, and American Bald Eagles. This is a rugged forested area so be careful of footing! watch for signs of moles and Mountain beaver underground trails crossing the paths, especially along Secret Lane, Lover's Lane, and Hidden Lane (signs to be added soon). Do wear boots if you plan to access the creek. We spent 4+ years removing invasive bushes, cutting down dead trees, and creating places for you to run, walk, play, pause, sit, and enjoy your dogs in this natural rainforest, one mile from the South Sound. When you park you can close the entry gate at the top. We feel a lot of delight here. Actually there are water hydrants in most areas. If your dog is reactive and you want to, you may keep your pup leashed the 20 ft from your vehicle to the top of either trailhead. When leaving via either trail at the top you can easily pause to leash your dog if you wish. PS. If your dog doesn't want to leave, contact me and I'll ring the Magic Chuck Waggin' Triangle, and your dog will come. No worries! Toss garbage away at the top driveway as you exit in the large gray bin marked "Garbage".

2024 UPDATE: We had to close our spot for 2 months in Winter 2023 because our iconic willow tree fell into the pasture breaking our fence. We have repaired the fencing and planted a new young willow. SPRING 2024 UPDATE: There is a pond in the pasture that varies in depth with rains but is not deeper than about 2' this time of year. It can be very muddy, so please bring a towel. WATER/HOSE -- We have a hose available for use * upon request * we must be home to turn the water on, please message us if you would like the water turned on and we will do our best to accommodate. -------- Two adjacent and connected pasture fenced yards totaling almost one acre including hay above, long grass, beautiful old trees and sloped terrain above and below. No known hazards aside from hilly terrain and some blackberry brambles (we are diligently fighting them). In rainy months Nov-April there is a shallow pond/wetland (bring a towel). Fencing is all new 5' agricultural fencing secure for dogs of all sizes. Enjoy the serene space with a creek and giant willow tree just beyond the fencing. Many songbirds too! Upper pasture features a playset with slides and swings. Two benches for sitting. Maybe not suitable for very tiny dogs due to eagles/ hawks. Private!!! Closed toed shoes recommended as well as mosquito repellent in summer especially at dawn and dusk. Hose may be available with advanced notice. Private driveway can be hard to find (follow instructions in welcome message). Five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small clean pond and access to south prairie creek. Bring a lunch and enjoy nature. The creek has a variable current so may be best for larger dogs.

Our facility has a fenced off-leash Dog Park with Agility Equipment with unfenced on-leash grassy potty area just outside. Our agility course is complete with multiple single jumps, A-frame, dog walk, tunnel, teeter and weave poles. On-leash trail walk through our wooded trails behind the dog park for a small additional fee. Cedarbrook Farms is a 60 acre farm with about half of this acreage as wooded trails behind the dog agility park. The main trail loop is to the right and is maintained (however there are two wet spots, we recommend you wear boots in the rainy season), the loop to the left may or may not be maintained. You can access the main loop out the back gate of the dog park (be sure to close and secure the gate behind you) or if you go out the front dog park gate, walk around towards the back of the dog park and hang right when you see trail options. There are single track cross through trails through the center of the main loop that you can explore at your leisure as well. The main loop is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. Dogs must remain on leash at all times in the unfenced areas, horses/dogs share use of these trails. There is a portapotty available on site at the main arena barn, please have your dog in the car prior to approaching the arena barn area. We also have Cedarbrook Veterinary Care, veterinarian Dr. Hannah Mueller, on site and offer canine acupuncture, chiropractic, SCENAR and Theraplate. We have an agility course with a balance beam, an a-frame, weave poles and and a things for your dog to crawl under! Chuck It with TONS of tennis balls? Yup! Water cannons and a pool for your dogs? Check! A tug toy that you don't have to hold? Absolutely! Frisbee? We even got those! A platform for pictures? Why not! We've even got a shade tent for your pup! A bucket of sticks? If your dog is into that kinda thing! For the people? A cool and shaded patio with chairs and a table under the gorgeous trees in our yard! You're welcome to walk in the pool or climb the agility course 🤣 This backyard is made for the dogs! It's a quarter acre and completely fenced around the perimeter. If my Malinois can't escape, I doubt your dog can 🤣 There is one neighbor dog but he's very quiet and doesn't bark or bother my dogs when they're out! He hasn't bothered any of the sniffspot guests either. His name is Theo and he's a good boy that might come up to the fence. Don't worry, there's no gaps for him to say hello! We're conveniently located right off Aurora, near the Costco! Our neighborhood is very quiet! There is parking available off the street in a designated spot. It's shown in the pictures. It's a rocky parking spot. We have waters, sodas and some snacks available for the humans! Just let me know before you arrive and I'll put them on the table under the shade trees. Speaking of the beautiful shade trees! Those glorious things keep that area nice and cool! There will be a small table for your belongings and a couple of chairs to sit in! On the left side of the yard, near the house, are some obnoxious blackberry bushes that keep coming back no matter what I do. I think they grow from the neighbors side. We put up a privacy screen that's done well at keeping the dogs away from that area. While you're here, my personal dogs will be kept in the master bedroom and they're quiet! We hope your dog enjoys the yard as much as mine do! **Note about the pools: they are not dumped and cleaned between guests. That would be a huge waste of resources. We try to be as eco-friendly as possible! They are skimmed and vacuumed between guests though! The vacuuming does filter in fresh water. When you arrive, there may be some dirt settled at the bottom but the dogs don't care lol

***April 15 Update *** Dog Nirvana is closed to general visitors for a few weeks due to reseeding the lawns and needing to give them time to grow. We need to limit activity on the property temporarily. This time of year we do a lot to make sure we keep the property in prime condition and that requires more time for the work to be done and for the property to rest. It’s important to do this so the grass can grow well after all the winter rains and dog activity. If you would like to become a member please let us know if you would like to be placed on the membership waiting list. Come enjoy yourself in the country! We have over 10 fully fenced acres that include two spring-fed private ponds for dogs that like the water, some slight hills for running and playing, lots of wide open space and a beautiful creek. There will be no dogs, people or animals outside on my property during your visit. Please just bring your own toys and pick up after your dogs. I look forward to welcoming you! * The entire 10+ acre perimeter of the property is steel mesh fencing with poles and/or steel mesh fencing in horse fencing to keep the entire perimeter secure and safe. PLEASE NOTE there are TWO FENCING SYSTEMS here -- the internal pastures that are fenced in 3 rail white fencing and the perimeter fencing which consists of steel mesh to the ground and large log poles and/or 3 rail fencing with steel mesh down to the ground. The pasture fencing is located INSIDE of the separate property perimeter fencing. If a dog runs under the white interior pasture fencing they are still secured within the perimeter system. * The front gate and a service gate are metal with horizontal rails with 6.5 inches between each rail. Smaller dogs could potentially get out through the rails. A picture of the gate is included in listing photos so that guests can assess whether the gate will be an issue for them so they can determine whether this property will be appropriate for their pup(s). * This property is pretty secluded. Two sides of the property are surrounded by conservation land (woods), one by a quiet neighborhood road (with the only house set back and not visible while on my property) and the fourth (above the house and barn) by 60 acres in two parcels. The neighbors ' horses might be seen in the distance along the upper side of my property and you might hear their dogs barking from several acres away periodically. * Several pastures have covered horse sheds in them that can be used by visitors for shelter from rain or sun. * There is a dog dish for water, a container of water, poop bags and several garbage cans for doggie poop bags! * If you bring additional guests with pups PLEASE make sure they are aware of all information/rules shared in the listing and via message by the host. * Carey Creek runs along the entire south side of the lowest pasture. It is fully useable for guests. it is on my property but outside of our secure fences so if you go out the gates at the bottom of the property to get to the creek you should leash up if your dog has poor recall. * We have access across the road from the property to 1800 + acres with 30 miles of trails on Taylor Mountain (King County Park) so make it a day and come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

3/4 of an acre which is fully fenced with a 5ft black chain link fence. The property is towards the end of a dead-end lane in a peaceful setting outside of downtown Woodinville. All gates except for the main entry gate are locked. Come and let your dog (s) run, play, and sniff..... If your dog(s) would like friends to play with, I have a beagle and small goldendoodle that are social and love to play with other pups. Knock on the front door and if I am home, they can come out and play for a while.

Hello and welcome to Stump Town! This is our first time being a Sniffspot host and we hope you enjoy your time here. (We will be CLOSED April 12-May 1st) Things to note!!!! Hours will be adjusted with the seasons, we are not open after dark. Due to the spread of a canine respiratory disease in several states we will no longer have a communal water bowl. Water is provided but please bring your own bowl. All toys will now be rubber toys to make disinfecting them quick & easy. Please do NOT park in our driveway. Please park off the curb to the right of the driveway by the Sniffspot parking sign! - This used to be an old goat/chicken pen. The dirt is infused with the flavor of goat 💩! If you think your furry pet is a poop eater this may not be the best spot for you. While we have cleaned much of it it can still be tasty to some dogs! - The stall mats can get very hot. Have your dogs step onto the dirt or mulch when leashing up. - The terrain is on a slant, with dips and a mix of grass, dirt, and mulch. Please wear good shoes. - Steep stone steps to get down to the fenced area. - Please CHECK TRAFFIC! Weekday rush hour or weekend highway detours may impact your arrival! - This may not be the best spot for dogs under 20lbs. There are some spots in the fence they could shimmy under or at the gates. We hope you enjoy your time here! We have toys, water, and other necessities. As a reactive dog owner myself I understand how hard it can be to find a private space. Our yard is very secluded. You may on occasion hear the neighbors small dog but shouldn't see her. We have a privacy screen up but do not share the fence line directly with the neighbors.

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, I offer membership. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. A nice half acre corner of our 10 acres set aside for our puppy friends! We have included everything we know our puppy friends love to play with. There is a large piece of playground equipment for fun times, multi-level platforms with two ramps and a tunnel. We have miscellaneous moveable agility equipment available as well as water park stuff like splash pads and kiddie pools. And if that's not enough we also have a Nerf ball launcher as well as a chuckit. There is a dog Hotel on site. But the yards cannot see each other generally. We also have some horses here and we have neighbors who have cows. So there's lots of interesting things to look at here. Right down the road is an adorable town of Wilkinson. There are two restaurants in town that are really fun to order from. While here you can order from Carlson block Pizza, who got Top Knots in the county as being one of the best pizza places. Or check out the Simple Goodness Sisters Deli. They have amazing craft and mock cocktails available along with panini sandwiches and a variety of other things. Stop by and bring them with you so that you can snack and play with your pup or order while you're here and pick them up on your way home so that you have dinner in the car.

Included in your booking, you and your pup(s) will have all three different areas to engage their noses in different sensory experiences while on our 2.5 acre fully fenced property. Whether it’s our indoor arena, the “Dog Den” is suitable for small to medium sized dogs to play. The indoor arena is heated, during the cold rainy season and also air conditioned during the hot summer months. The indoor arena is also great for having a Birthday or Gotcha “Pawty”. The arena can be fully enclosed for those rainy days or open the slider into the fully fenced 1/4 acre grass dog Zoomy Pen🐶 The fully enclosed grass “Zoomie Pen”is perfect for zoomie time, puppies and dogs in training, some toy fun, or for dogs without good recall. Just outside the Zoomy Pen is our large play field giving lots of room for Chuckit tossing☄️parkour on the logs or some nose work fun and mind stimulation. 2 acres, fully fenced pasture. With forest, trails, and small kiddy pool. Hose available for dirty dogs/ pool fill up by gate. If you don't want the pool filled, feel free to dump it before your dogs enter. Trash can, dog bag dispenser, bowls, and toy bin ready for use! Parking is on the grass behind shop with welcome sign. The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety. There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. An umbrella is provided for your use in case of rain. Private, off-street parking for up to two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can make arrangements. Our comfy patio furniture and a table are provided for use, so feel free to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while your dogs run around (an additional 4 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request). We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy bucket when finished. Have your dog try out our new tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! We also provide a clean bowl or paper water bowls and a jug of water for you to pour fresh water for your pup. Please toss your used water bowl in the trash bin in the driveway on your way out if you use a paper bowl. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick. *Spring 2024* Please pardon our mess as we make some landscaping upgrades! We will be finishing the new retaining wall shortly and are working to grow new grass.

We have a large grass hill in front that's excellent for playing fetch, dog wading pools with colorful balls floating on the water an agility tunnel, in-ground tug toy, giant horse play balls, toys and bubbles to make sure your pup has an amazing time.

Although we welcome dogs of all sizes, we believe our space is the perfect size for small to medium dogs. No other dogs will be in the yard or in sight during your time here. However, you may occasionally hear the English Bulldog that lives next door. We have an aquatic turtle in a small pond in the corner of the yard. We do have that area behind a little fence. We are happy to bring the turtle inside if you ask us before your visit. We have synthetic pet turf, which is more sanitary, and keeps your dog mud and dirt-free. It also eliminates most bugs, pests, and the need for pesticides or chemicals. Plus, the dogs love rolling and playing on it! We provide dog toys, puzzle games, a ball pit, tunnel, tether tug, two kiddie pools, agility equipment, a fresh-water station, and a dog waste station. (bags included) We have a strawberry patch that runs the length of the yard, up on a small retaining wall. Please know that it is OK for your dog to go up there, run through there, and pick the strawberries if there are any. We do not harvest the berries for ourselves, and all of the dogs seem to like exploring that area. Please feel free to park in the empty spot in the driveway, or on the street in front of the house. You may enter and exit through either of our gates on each side of the house. The gate on the left side of the house is wheelchair accessible. The park has a children's play area, picnic spots, baseball fields, trails, open fields, and their own on and off-leash dog areas. Hey! This is Theo (a cute big muscular Frenchie), the 4 paw host of this Spot! We would love to give you and your parents the opportunity to enjoy what we do every single day in our backyard. We won't bother you guys at all unless you want to a playdate with me . The yard, well, we even being biased, we can describe the first time we saw it: it is so cool! Even not being that big, it is fully fenced (so we can't sniff the neighbors' spots), has one maple tree and a very big Douglas Fir. It has a sofa, umbrella and even a fireplace if your parent want to spend this time really cozy. Come join us. :D

WE ARE MEMBERSHIP-ONLY THRU APRIL AND OUR MEMBERSHIP IS FULL. Membership numbers fluctuate though, so if you are a RETURNING guest and are interested in a membership, please message host. We are open to members-only September28th-April 31st to limit property wear and tear during the wetter months. **Maple Valley Romp-N-Roam can only be booked 2 weeks in advance by non-members if hours are available. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest.
