Hi - my name is Jake (he/they) and live in a beautiful single family home in Cherry Hill / Capitol Hill, Seattle. The house has a beautiful fully fenced grassy back yard, with lawn care every two weeks to make sure the space stays upheld. I don’t have any pups of my own but very much a dog person! I’m a social person and love making connections. I also currently work from home and am in Nonprofit Management. The backyard is a little oasis and fully blooms in the Spring/Summer. I think you and your dogs will love the space, since there is a large area for running around and playing!

Fully fenced West Seattle yard with patio furniture! Come hang out in our west facing sunny backyard. Easy parking (no parallel parking required) and secluded street in the middle of the Junction! We have a sleepy 14 year old dog, Lucy, who will be kept in the house during your visit. When Lucy was young, we lived in apartments and condos and would've loved to have a private space to let her get her zoomies and play fetch. Come enjoy our space!

I bought this house for my dog Zeus because of the large yard. Zeus enjoyed it for many years before he passed in 2023 at the age of 16. He would have wanted other dogs to get to enjoy it too.

Modest but useful fully enclosed 1600 sq ft back yard in Columbia City. If the nearby dog park on Genessee is too much for your pup, enjoy this little plot of peace instead. Fully fenced and enclosed for peace of mind (although if you have a jumper, take note that my fences are not super tall). There are two narrow strips along each side of the house which make for good sprints. The garden is not in use so it is part of the doggo play area. The neighboring house is vacant and the other neighboring property is a duplex with no pets so it is a pretty tame zone. Ample street parking in front of the house on 38th Ave South. Enter through the gate on the north side of the red house. There is no parking along the back alley between 38th & 39th but there is a walk-in entrance from that alley if you prefer. The blue bin contains some dog towels and a few other supplies. Please keep it latched to prevent critters from getting in. Shoot me a note if there are any problems with the yard or supplies.

West Seattle, fully fenced yard on a two-tiered slight hill for lots of running space and exercise. Some Sound and Mountain Views depending on where you are in the yard. There are some shade trees, and access to water for dogs; a shade umbrella and seating for humans. Guest WiFi details are available on-site, or message for details. A few gaps of up 4 inches between fence and ground on west side of yard. It's mostly covered by bushes; but if you have a very small dog it could possible find a way under the gap. Our backyard is fenced and ideal for reactive dogs and those looking for a quiet and calm place to enjoy Note: it is not ideal for: - barkers due to the close proximity to neighboring houses - heavy runners Back yard is set back from sidewalk and street with a greenhouse where you can get out of the weather that includes a chair, toys, poo bags, water and a dog bed. Ample space with mature plants to sniff, roll and laze. Rarely is a neighbor seen.

Stop at our place on your way to the Greenwood city center! We're a 3 minute walk from the dog friendly bar and restaurant scene of Greenwood.

For a yard in Seattle this is a decent size. You can throw a ball across the yard for a game of fetch and quick sprints and a small pup will definitely find plenty of room to roam and be worn out. With fall upon us it is hard to keep up with the leaves and falling apples but doing my best and improvements to the gate are in the works. Hope you enjoy the yard!!
