We’ve got 25 acres here Donkeys and chickens live in the front half. We’ve got 8 dogs - best breed EVER: RESCUE 😎🤘🏻 Back of property is beautiful…pond. Trails. A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

We recently bought a lil piece of heaven, 10 acres of paradise. Half is wooded and half is open land. Open field available for your babies to run on and an open spot in the woods to explore. The property line between us and our neighbors is marked with metal stakes so we ask that you keep your fur babies on our side. But feel free to explore the field of tall grass with trails winding through. We have a dry pond to explore and lots of room to throw a ball. We love it here. Once your done, you both will need a nap. There’s a hose out front of the house you can use to fill up water for your baby, and chairs at the walnut tree to relax in if you need a break. Feel free to walk the trails which come out near the fence closest to house and opposite side in field. Make you and your babies at home and enjoy paradise as much as we all do! See you soon!

Shade!!! Bring your pups to the country! We have crossed fenced part of our field for the dogs to enjoy! The space is mostly open with some large trees sprinkled throughout. The perimeter makes a great walking loop that you and your dog can both enjoy! There are wood piles, rock piles, groundhog holes, and other typical country stuff (right now there are a bunch of fallen trees piled up) This is a field and not our back yard. We hope your pups will enjoy the wide open space to run as much as ours do!

Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. 7Acres Challenge: See if you can find the hidden steps! A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine! Our 1.5 acre yard comes with a private swimming hole for your pup! Our spot on Overall creek has water year round and offers fun for you and your pet. Come relax by the creek while your pup plays!

Welcome to Zoey’s Barn Yard Playground. We have a total of 7 acres with 5 available for plenty of doggy fun. There are 3 sections of fenced areas and lots of field space to play in. You will see 3 field gates on the property. Please feel free to open or close these for your convenience to section off play areas. We have cut a path that runs around the perimeter of the property for your curious pups and walking pleasure. There is a barn for protection from the rain and sunshine. Located there is a water spicket with a hose attached for use, trash can and a basket with extra waste bags, toys, bug spray, sunblock, towels and some water bottles for puppy parents. There are also a few camp chairs for your use located near the grill. Please excuse the barns appearance. You never know what project we may be in the middle of. Though we don't mind if your fur baby enters the barn, please do not use it as a play area. We are planning to refill the pond in the next few weeks for some water fun. there are 2 ways to get to this 5 acre field. there is nothing but trees a pond, rolling hills, mostle fenced in. there were horses that stayed in that field but hasnt been really touched in 6 years, other than bush hogging at least every other year. you can also access this property from center point acres road. you can pull in and close the gate behind you. its beautiful back there. the pond isnt knee deep. I put catfish in it to clean it up a bit but it wasnt deep enough. my dogs walk right thru it...lol

A sweet little trail for you and your pup

The property is over 2 acres but we are asking visitors to stay in front of the house because there is some farm equipment debris in the back yard area. The yard had farm fencing on one side and tree line on the other but will not contain any dogs smaller than a cow. There is a fully fenced in small run open for use.

This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced it’s fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!
