Hi friends the pool is open until mid October! We own dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments ourselves so we know the importance of a safe place for them to play. We live on a quiet street, and the house backs up to a large farm. The pool is human and dog friendly so bring your bathing suit. We are planning to keep the pool open until mid October, and will adjust the price accordingly. Of course, please don’t assume your dog can swim and keep a special eye on those who love to splash around. We also have a small kiddy pool that subs as a dog pool if that’s preferred. There are toys, towels, and treats on the table by the pool. Occasionally you will see/hear the neighbors two dogs through the fence but there is a safe space between the two fences. Our dogs will be out of sight but we can’t guarantee you won’t hear a bark or two. If you have a pup that likes their own space, or loves the water this is the place for you. The only thing precious is our pups so let them have a blast!

The entire creek flows roughly October / November till first of July. 2026 has been rainy so we’ve only had a few day in July the lower end of creek was dry, so rare. Rain fills this creek fast so it may be dry in early July, August, September and early October but be full the next morning after a rain (use my address on weather channel app or inquire with me before your visit ) Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. ******please note: I only own the the center of the creek. Other land owners across from creek own to the center of the creek as well.****** if you see other land owners swimming at the back boundary, please choose another area to swim in till they leave*******. The mountain side and driveway itself it’s a safe place where you will not see other people and should only see wildlife. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 * if you need to leave bags of waste on side of driveway (I completely understand lol) please let me know where you’ve left it. please note: Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary 💕. Bagged waste is also welcome in the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldn’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

5 Acres Unfenced Private Land In Readyville

There’s over 5 acres of land for your pet to explore! A long wooded driveway, front woods to explore, huge yard with grass always well-maintained, swings and fresh water are all available for you and your dog. We have several spots that are perfect for hanging a hammock in the trees so feel free to bring one! We have disc golf baskets you can enjoy if you have discs, a bench in the shade or swings to relax on. Dogs must be on a leash. We do not have a fenced in property and you will rarely hear or see dogs from other homes nearby. We occasionally have other animals come on our property as we live in the country and you may see rabbits, squirrels, deer, groundhogs, snakes and on very rare occasion armadillos. The house yard is sprayed for mosquitoes (safe for pets and humans), but please remember that ticks and other bugs live in the woods. There will always be a container of fresh water out at the back sidewalk or a faucet you can access. Please DO NOT bring your dogs on the porch or deck. Our own dog is inside the house and likes to think it is only her domain!
