All proceeds from the usage of the yard benefit Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue. Please clean up after your dog and keep this area clean for the next person. Please note that this is at our rescue where we do adoption appointments. You may see other dogs in the driveway or walking in and out of our office. Weekends tend to be our busiest time for adoptions and when most people are visiting other areas of the farm.

We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out. Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind.
