55Janet is a superhost! She is super accommodating with bins of toys and towels to dry off your dog. She was also nice enough to let us use her hose to get the mud off of our dogs. She is super friendly and a great host.
The space: it's a mix of field and wooded area and its huge! There are some places that held more water than others (it was pretty rainy when we went). The entire area is fenced. There's a few places in the far back that have holes, but are covered. There's a nice picnic bench to sit or keep your things. Our dogs had so much sprinting everywhere and playing and sniffing. This is definitely a must go to and one of our sniffspots that we'll keep coming back to :-)Maryann G.

I wouldn’t recommend this spot if your dogs are eager escape artists or riled up by livestock/other dogs nearby, as the wire fence was a little compromised in some areas, but for us it was just amazing and we will absolutely be back :)Andrea I.

Can’t think of any way this property could have been better for me and my dogs, so much open space to run and explore! 10/10!

55This is our favorite spot so far! I’m leaving another review because this time it rained a good amount earlier in the day when we went so I was able to see how it is on their property after rain. Janet does mention it gets wet, and it certainly does! Didn’t bother my dogs at all - they love to puddle jump/splash. There’s enough space that if you don’t enjoy puddle jumping as much as your dog, you can stay relatively dry but I’d still suggest rain boots or some high-ankle water resistant hiking boots.

This is our favorite spot so far! I’m leaving another review because this time it rained a good amount earlier in the day when we went so I was able to see how it is on their property after rain. Janet does mention it gets wet, and it certainly does! Didn’t bother my dogs at all - they love to puddle jump/splash. There’s enough space that if you don’t enjoy puddle jumping as much as your dog, you can stay relatively dry but I’d still suggest rain boots or some high-ankle water resistant hiking boots.

Such a beautiful open space with a perfect patch of trees toward the back! Janet had such a great setup with toys, towels, water, and a hose to rinse the dogs off. The majority of the space is dry but there are some soggy spots - nothing my hiking boots couldn’t handle though. Looking forward to visiting again!

The sniff area is big and varied. There is an area with trees, a lot of area that is open, a creek in one place. It is a fun and wonderful space to run and play. The sniff area is big and varied. There is an area with trees, a lot of area that is open, a creek in one place. It is a fun and wonderful space to run and play. There are sheep and a llama that is close by as well as a neighbor dog within sight. My favorite part though… was the host.
