There is an outdoor sofa with pillows and cafe table and chairs for humans while the dog(s) play in the yard. You may also open the sun umbrella if needed. A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways.
