Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only!

Even though it’s only partially fenced the whole property is surrounded by wetlands and a tree / stone wall border. It’s hard for one to try to escape😆 plenty to keep them busy on the 28 acres !

Have your floofy enjoy the rolling grassy hill, agility boxes, and the wildflower field while you look out over the Great Swamp Recreation Area valley. There's plenty of seating for peope and plenty of trees for dogs to mark. In early July, the wild raspberries along the woodline are plentiful, so help yourself! Bring a rear-clipped harness and click them onto the aerial dog run, a.k.a. a trolley run or doggie zip line. Your pooch can run up and down the hill and enjoy over 3000 square feet while feeling free. Obstacles along the path provide agility opportunities. They can rest inside the screen house with you and lap up some water, provided in jugs in a cooler. There are doodie bags and a trash can on the back porch to clean up. If there is no room to park in the driveway, park on the grass so your vehicle is out of the narrow road.

We have a full fenced in section outlined in red in the pictures on the other side we have chickens turkey rabbits and goats We have trails in woods for hiking that lead right to our house we have two dogs if you want a friend for your dog or if not they stay in the house

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh. We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide a few dog toys that are sanitized between visits. We no longer provide water as a safety precaution during the respiratory virus outbreak. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Our backyard is a dog heaven equipped with an acre of playing space, a large koi pond with lots of fish, fire pit which is available for use and plenty of parking we hope to meet you and your dog, doggy bags toys and water hose available to keep your pup happy! We are located right off the Merritt Pkwy so if you need a pit stop for your dogs during a long drive our house is the perfect stop! We are happy to provide refreshments and snacks for you as well!

Located at the end of a cul de sac with low traffic on street or off street parking, the entrance to my yard is located to the right if my garage. There’s an easy-open fence, patio with chairs and an umbrella, and lot of space to run. The area is surrounded by woods near Twin Brooks Park and both paved and mulched trails. You can see beautiful 🌅 sunsets if you’re here at that time as well.

The backfield area is the safest place to be if you don't have a well-trained dog on recall. We do have dogs that live here and will be inside and or in the fully enclosed and fenced area. If you would like a complete distraction-free experience please request our dogs to be housed before arriving and we can accommodate you and your fur family
