3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! (Also please note with the venue barn up front there may be events going on or being set up during your visit) (Neighboring property has dogs, see distractions for more information on this or message me) (!!!Guest, please have message notifications turned on as there may be important communications needed between you and I and if the message go unanswered I may have to cancel reservations!!!) No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. New digging friendly zone under the lean too! Also roof can be used as agility ramps. Covered with astroturfing so it’s safe for paws! Climb up jump off and dig underneath! The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. Indoor Canine Activity Center to Rent In Jacksonville

This is an indoor only canine activity center. It's a 2000 sq ft wide open square that gives you lots of space to run and play. The center can provide toys, balls, ball pit, agility equipment and more. Your dog stays clean, bug free and away from extreme heat, cold and rain. PLEASE message FIRST as I run this entity by myself. I have to be available to unlock and re-lock the door for you. Sniffspot calendar and my calendar do not have a syncing feature. It is $40 per dog, per hour

John Gorrie Dog Park of Riverside Park

Located at 631-745 College St in Jacksonville, Florida, the John Gorrie Dog Park of Riverside Park offers a fully fenced enclosure with amenities such as chairs, dog drinking water, and tables. The park is small dog friendly and operates from 6am to 8pm daily. 1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.
