Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Located in Wildwood Canyon, with a large fully fenced area for fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. If you are looking for a state park like experience with tons of trees and beautiful scenery, you will really enjoy this sniffspot. It is perfect for large and small dog breeds. Be prepared for your pup to explore and run around. If your fur baby needs water after so much exploring/running, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We have fur babies of our own who love their yard and highly recommend it. One chihuahua (Penny-Lane), two saint bernards (Athena Marie and Diesel Train) and a malamute (Odin Bear), who are always in the house during a sniffspot reservation.

WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area, chlorine pool (not heated unless requested via extras). The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT, PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually will put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, Mountain lion, dogs and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

We just laid down new grass on half of the yard about 5 months ago. It’s nice and soft, cut just right not to be too prickly. The other half of yard is just used carpet to dry out the under weeds that are growing in our yard. The back end of the yard has baby palm trees. That side will soon be under construction. Dogs are free to roam around anywhere they like. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Dogging is allowed anywhere else except the grass area. The yard is fully fenced with 6ft tall brick walls and wood fencing. The front gate is locked and secured at all time. We have a doggie pool and a cot for dogs to lay on. We have freebies, chuck it toys (our yard is large enough to throw it far), and puzzle toys to get a dogs brain stimulating. Hope you enjoy your visit & come back again.

Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges.
