We are a dog daycare, training, grooming & social boarding facility. We have expanded and have an extra playroom with access to an enclosed outdoor, turfed space with a separate entrance. Mop buckets, poop bags and cleaning supplies will be provided and renters are responsible to keep space clean. Water bowls and play equipment are provided as well. Renters are responsible to monitor the dogs themselves and keep a safe space. (We do not have a public restroom) Availability to use the room is on Sat and Sun.

We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. Enjoy this private dog oasis where you can unwind while your dog(s) explores throughout. We have dog toys and natural landscape obstacles to keep your pups entertained. This area is fully fenced with at least 5ft tall fencing. You’ll have full access to the area and can feel like the entire place is all yours. This area includes our mini fruit orchard with limes, guavas, avocados, figs, and more! We have a chicken coop and run where our hens will stay while you’re visiting. Unless requested that they be kept in the coop, they will have access to the run where they cannot be reached by furry friends. We look forward to welcoming you to our family dog park.

Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. We are the only ones to offer a professional dog trotter for your dog to use and burn off energy while safely running! We have someone at the house to help you get the dogs acclimated. Please bring treats and their favorite toys if they have never been introduced to a dog trotter. Please have a quality collar as well. We have some extras on hand just in case. We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!

Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.
