We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Proper hydration is essential for their health and well-being. 8. **Protect Fruits and Vegetables**: Please refrain from allowing your dog to interact with the fruit and vegetable plants in the middle of the backyard. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3.
