Gina & Jeff's Private Dog Park In Sacramento

*Note: due to the recent canine RSV breakout, we are allowing only 1-2 guests per day spread out so we have time to sanitize all dog bowls, balls, and toys in between visits to keep your pups safe and healthy! Also, in the winter, we may close our spot periodically during/after rainy days due to excessive mud/flooding. It usually needs a day or two to dry out. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, a pup pool + pup splash pad (both are an extra fee), poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! Get a slightly discounted rate, book your reservations further in advance, and take advantage of “member only” hours. Thank you so much!

Hi, your yard was very comfortable. If I could suggest having some trash cans that would be convenient. Truly enjoyed ourselves. We left a half hour early because our pup was tired. Thanks for the fresh water as well. Dugan gives it two paws up!

We had so much fun this morning at Paws N Play!! Perfect place to get energy out when the weathers not great. We spent about a half hour here but once the extension opens up it’ll be perfect for even more fun!!

It was perfect for a rainy day play date. We had the most fun learning new skills and playing! My puppy gained confidence trying new things like the tunnel and playing in a ball pit!

The community room is a perfect spot to spend an hour with your pup working on training. It’s closed off so you can have your pup off leash or on and there are lots of activities to keep your pup engaged!

This was a great location to bring my two dogs. The nice, big yard looks just like the pictures. The gate entrance was easy to open and identified with a cute welcome sign. The seating area was comfortable and shaded. Gina and Jeff really go out of there way to make sure your needs are met by providing information about their yard and having water, poopie bags and little extras available.

My beagle mix, Buddy, is a jumper. He has this need to immediately hurl over my 4 ft. fence as soon as an unsuspecting guest opens the front door to leave. He is very active, I walk him daily, but as for running and playing he's constantly needing to be leashed. I could tell it was taking a toll on his body and mind. I thought about finding a home for him with active runners. Until I came across SniffSpot. I looked through several in my area , all with 4 ft fences. Until I came across Gina and Jeff's dog park in sacramento. 6 ft fence all the way around. I immediately booked my hour appointment, I thought ok this is my last resort if it didn't work, I would give him up. WOW! way beyond my expectations. The yard is so clean, perfect size, they had agility equipment, Frisbee, toys, a small pool, drinking water, a snacking station, a comfortable seating area that protected you from the sun, another grouping of chairs if you wanted to get sun. They really incorporated it to not just be a place for you to take your dog, but an experience. Buddy and I will be going there at least 3 times a week. Very impressed

Amazing location and great atmosphere to connect and play with your dog(s). The pool, toys, and size of yard beats any dog park I’ve ever been to locally. Easy place to get to and owners (Gina & Jeff) are really nice people. I’m glad I found this location and plan to go weekly now, as my dog JuNu had a blast. They have water, toys, and everything you need to have fun - and shade. 😁

Such a great spot for our senior dog! The hosts were so kind to have EVERYTHING you would need: water, toys, treats for a pup and also snacks/lecroixs for us humans. They even had sunscreen and bug repellant for us as well! So thoughtful and the area is well maintained, safe, and secure. We will be back for sure! Thank you to the hosts!

This is easily our new favorite Sniffspot! Harley had the best day playing in Gina and Jeff’s super secure backyard. We were greeted by a personalized welcome sign upon entry. Harley enthusiastically explored all corners of the backyard which has been perfectly maintained. It’s clear that Gina and Jeff love dogs and are incredibly thoughtful - they left out drinks and snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, and all of the dog toys and equipment you could imagine. There are also ample shade spots and seats for the humans to relax and cheer on the pups. Harley especially loved splashing in the pool and jumping over the agility hurdles. We will absolutely be back for more play!

Cute little welcome sign! Lots of toys, snacks for humans and dogs! Such a fun experience! My dog doesn’t have a backyard to play in so this was so awesome for him. We will be back 🥰😊

Arlo and I had a BLAST! The yard is large and nothing distracting from a good long fetch! It was CLEAN, there was a pooper scooper (if you need it), toys, snacks and plenty of shade. It was hot so I booked the kiddie pool. It was large enough for a big dog. We will definitely be back!

LOVED coming here! Me and and my pup were greeted with a personalized welcome board. Super easy to find and navigate. The hosts had drinks and snacks for both me and my pup. She loved the huge yard run around in, the doggy pool, and the little birds flying around! 10/10 experience, my pup was so happy after, I had no anxiety and no stress. Will be coming back :))

My fur baby, Nova, had a blast getting to play fetch, run around, and lounge in the dog pool! They have an adorable yard for both the pups to play in and us to relax in, provided lots of toys and treats! (They even had some towels for muddy paws as well as some items for us to snack on and drink!) My boyfriend and I loved the space and the owners were so nice when we had an issue with a toy that broke, we are definitely looking forward to using this location again. I liked how peaceful the neighborhood was and my fluffy girl didn’t seem to have any anxiety or worries, (since she is more on the anxious side this gives her the chance to run around and play without the worries of others dogs or animals scaring her). Thank you so much for opening up your yard to us! 🐶☺️
