Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Come enjoy our 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard. Includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year. There is a hose available for washing off mud, cooling off, or filling up the kiddie pool in the summer. We have a box on the deck filled with balls, frisbees, and other toys. We have a small fire pit in the yard - if you want to start a fire, just let us know! Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water. If there are other extras you'd like to see, let us know! Large grassy area with a few mulched areas that your pups can dig at. Sunshine or shade is available throughout the yard. The fence is 4ft high, so please no high jumpers. There is a privacy screen on the fence but it is not 100% blackout. This yard is virtually surrounded by pups in neighboring houses, so it is likely your dog will see other dogs through the fence and the resident dogs at the back door. Amenities include lighting for night use, a hose, sprinkler, kiddie pool, electricity, seating areas, garbage can, pooper scooper. The property is monitored via surveillance cameras 24/7. You are responsible for cleaning up your pups waste with the pooper scooper and trash can provided. We ask that you respect the privacy of our neighbors at all times and follow all laws and ordinances set forth by our local jurisdiction.
