4-5 acres of well cared for fields, totally pesticide free. The back is fenced except in front of the neighbors house. We have large fields, and a nice size pond to play in! There’s a hose on the side of the house that can be used for washing the pond water off, dog drinking water, and can be used for the sprinkler. My father in law is generally outside doing yard work or sitting on the front porch.

We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink/red flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! FYI - you have to turn the hose super far to the left for water to start flowing. There’s plenty of room to park in the driveway! We love to see pics of your pups enjoying the space. :) FYI - we had septic work done 2/26/26 but everything is safe for visitors. Also, you may occasionally see us in the front yard, especially as the weather gets warmer. But we will not enter the back yard during your visit.
