Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed! We hope you enjoy!!

**Summer: The times of day with the most shade are 8:30a-11a and after 4p. The yard is in complete shade after 6:30 pm. Middle of the day 11:30a-2:30p is the most sunny time. Welcome! Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. Take advantage of the last bit of summer with a large fenced in back yard and lagoon pool! I am offering my yard and pool for those who have dogs that love agility and swimming! If you have a long haired dog please give them a good brush before coming. It will help cut down the cleaning time. I have pet turf throughout the back yard which makes clean up a breeze! I do have 2 dogs of my own so please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a hose located to the left of the stairs you can use for water if you pup needs a drink. When you enter the property, please go through the gate that is located between the shed and house. Sundays are blocked off for pool maintenance and cleaning. If my open availability does not work for you please send me a message. I have specific times blocked off and can open time slots if needed. We look forwarding to sharing our yard with you, please message me with any questions or concerns! ** The pool closes the second weekend in September. I will continue to offer yard play up until November 1st. Please keep dogs off the pool safety cover! Bookings will re-open in the spring of 2027.

Welcome!! Fully fenced, large grassy yard with hammocks, outdoor couch, and dining table/chairs in a neighborhood location perfect for walks before or after your booking. The yard is fully fenced with a majority being a 6ft tall newly installed fence. The shed side of the yard is close to a neighbors house and in the summertime you can expect to hear them but privacy trees behind the shed block the view so you won’t see them. The rest of the neighbors houses are much farther away as the house is conveniently located on a double lot. Enjoy the hammocks and couches as you wish! There are toys (frisbee toys, balls, and plush toys) provided as well as doggy bags, a Coolaroo dog bed, a doggie pool (please see extras for requesting doggie pool 💦and towels for your pups!)
