Beautiful open land close to downtown Durham. No fence but a coupe creeks act as natural borders. Feel free to roam around. Please stay away from the house and barns.

Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. Outside the fence is an additional 8+ acres to explore. If you wish to go down to the creek then only enter on far right side behind the fence. The path to the water is challenging as it is woodsy and steep. There is a knotted rope to help you get up a short bank from the water’s edge

32 Acres of Chapel Hills and Hidden Trails

Secluded property in the countryside of Chapel Hill. There are two miles of wooded trails with open fields and a pond. Go for a walk in the shaded woods, through the Charlie Brown Christmas tree field or by the wild flowers on the way to the farm pond. Relax at one of the 3 fire pits or take cover at the porch of the carriage house where it all starts and ends.

4Goats Farm

21 acres with a variety of terrain: Grassy, pine tree field; level open woods; or hilly with large boulders and rocks. Unfenced. On-leash recommended, but off-leash ok with good recall. (I can't guarantee that no wildlife will be present. Neighbor dogs occasionally wander) This is beautiful land. All natural, pesticide-free. Humans may come to the barn to feed chickens and pet goats.

It's a 56acre partially fenced farm. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats who live here. They have access to inside so cats will be safe from visiting dogs. We plan to ad a dog course and play zone and a swimming area soon.
