55Had a blast! Our 2 dogs were able to run free. The host has gone above and beyond by adding a map and clearly marking all of the trails while you are on them. The goats and bunnies are adorable (in their own pen) and my one dog enjoyed saying hi. We leashed our dogs and did a lap in the unfenced area and that was great too. 55This was a great spot for my pup to frolic. The trails are marked with string which makes them easy to find. I initially had some trouble understanding the entrance, but basically you just park at the very beginning of the gravel road close to the main road, and then walk up. We had a wonderful time! It is important to me that my dogs are able to spend time off-leash in nature, and this was a wonderful place to do that. We also had fun using the slack line and tire swing! Are dog hiking trails safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Our hiking trails tend to be outside the city, which lends to more privacy, but it is also important to follow typical hiking safety precautions, such as potentially having trail maps.

In order to hike the trails, we require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot hiking trail at the same time as me?
Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
