“Hi Jessica, I am reaching out to see your availability/interest in working with my Pomeranian dog. He is 1 year old (2 in November). I had him for a little over a year in Chicago, but had to have him rehomed back in my home-town, Mobile, due to being too busy with work and school to give him the time he deserves. So, he's not technically my dog anymore, but I am the only one still trying to give him a chance. He has behavioral issues and aggression. I believe this is linked to anxiety, but medication has not made a difference. He has been rejected from 2 homes since attempting him to be rehomed due to his aggression, in specific biting. He would bite me as well, but I knew he didn't mean to so I didn't make a big fuss, but these owners have and he's had to stay at the vet twice now. The vet is now recommending he be put down because he doesn't think there's any reason to his aggression. I can't just jump to that option without reaching out and seeing if anyone is willing to help him, or believes that he can be helped. Please let me know if there are any further details I can provide. Thank you. - Ella Rader”
