Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Welcome to our private dog park! This used to be a horse pasture but since we don't have horses anymore it has been turned into a dog park and recreational area. It is fully fenced to keep even small dogs contained. We hope you have a tail wagging good time!

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!

Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

We have water on site in field, a poop station in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Small fenced in yard overlooking 3 in fenced acres where pups are also free to rome (leash recommended). Will be fenced in soon, but for now it’s open. Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if you’re dog likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; and many entrances to access and play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private right in the meadow, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, canoes etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, large table, umbrella & more. This area is located right near parking for easy access to car to get supplies for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. Wild life all around, from fish to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow, right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having fun!

This is a 2.7 acre property that backs up to White Marsh Park. There are several mature trees but the property is mostly cleared. Forest Drive is a quiet road and this property is toward the end (about 1 mile in from Rte 3). Prince George's County does not allow homeowners to own pitbulls (unfair, I know) so it's my guess there may be an issue if you want to bring a pit. I want to welcome every dog but bound by local laws unfortunately.
