Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. A small private horse farm that directly backs up to a state park. Fields, woods, and creek on property. Dogs must stay out of the horse pasture (some horses may chase them). I have a friendly foxhound on site, although she stays in the house unless I'm walking her. She does love other dogs to play with however!

Julia's 4 Acre Partially Fenced Private Farm with a Pond In Odenton

Come and enjoy 6 acres of enrichment for your dog. With a fresh water pond to swim in, a natural spring to drink from and tons of nature to enjoy- your dog will love this location. Sometimes my daughters and I are out on the fenced playground- please let me know if your dog is reactive to children & we will make sure to not be outside during your block! The fence is 4.5 feet tall and solid. It is higher up on the property next to the top lot.

Acres of fun

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

Please message me if you want to visit and the time you want is blocked. I may be able to rearrange things! Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house( but be aware of the electric fence if you park here.) Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. PLEASE STAY on the left side of the pond and do NOT go into my neighbor's fields/yard on the right. If you can't trust that your dog won't run off the property, please keep him on a leash. This property is not fenced and your dog needs to have good recall in order to run freely. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm. There is currently a sunflower field in view; there may be people visiting.

8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Urban homestead life in woodlawn. Lots of woods and trails for the explorer. Bird watching, wild animals also. Our house is in the middle of the forest. You can park at the bottom and walk the trail up the hill or the more experienced driver can just come all the way up in their vehicles. I have a playground, playhouse, trampoline for little human guests as well. Outdoor restroom is available. This place is currently under some renovations to improve the land so please be patient. I do have free range chickens and turkey on the property. If they need to be put away I can accommodate for the safety of all. I hope to see you soon!

Welcome to our private 22-acre farm in West River, Maryland. A private, quiet serene farm where your dog can sniff, explore, train, and enjoy fresh air without the stress of crowded dog parks. This space is great for dogs who need room and privacy, whether they are reactive, shy, energetic, in training, small-dog cautious, or simply happiest following their nose. Guests can enjoy open field space, short and long grass areas, wooded views, scenic farm surroundings, seasonal flowers, wildlife sightings, and fresh-air enrichment. We provide helpful amenities for both dogs and people, including dog drinking water, dog bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, chairs, table, shade/rain shelter, off-street parking, WiFi, an electric outlet, outhouse, toys, treats, parkour-style obstacles, hose access, mister, and sprinkler. Because this is our home and working farm, visiting dogs are not permitted inside our private household animal area, barns, or livestock pastures. Farm animals may be visible from a distance, but there is no hands-on interaction. Please do not allow dogs to approach, chase, bark at, or interact with resident animals or fencing. This is real farm land, so outdoor shoes are recommended. Depending on weather, guests may encounter mud, long grass, uneven ground, bugs, wildlife, and normal farm activity. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths.
