8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in field, a poop station in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We hope you enjoy your visit!

This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Update for Former Guests: the stone house and yard are no longer part of our spot. ***See the last photo in our gallery for an overview map of the updated Sniffspot. Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

68 acres and wooded trails and a large open field, located down a long privet driveway. Let your dogs run and play without the worries associated with a public park! We do have chickens, goats, and dogs on the property but they are either fenced in or in the house during your visit.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. This is a 2.7 acre property that backs up to White Marsh Park. There are several mature trees but the property is mostly cleared. Forest Drive is a quiet road and this property is toward the end (about 1 mile in from Rte 3). Prince George's County does not allow homeowners to own pitbulls (unfair, I know) so it's my guess there may be an issue if you want to bring a pit. I want to welcome every dog but bound by local laws unfortunately.

Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

This 1 acre fenced in yard is a dog’s playground heaven. Plenty of room to run and play safely or for doggy exercise. No matter what your plans are you’ll have a great time.

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. The outer perimeter has a cleared walking path as well as the middle of the field. Separate smaller fenced in area (1/4 acre) can be requested for use as well. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it’s on the walking path. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Our dream backyard! We have woods on one side and a fence on the other. Very removed from the road on a quiet cul de sac. Our dog loves the freedom to run, get dirty, and watch deer. Yours will too!!

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!
