Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Property also has indoor kennel with heat, AC, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a small man made water pond outside that has a removable fence. Great area to play catch, freesby, or let your dog run. Fenced portion is about a half acre.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the Back Yard right in front of the driveway, feel free to Park on the drive or front of house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul de sac. You will have your time with your puppa(s) in my Large Fenced in back yard, uninterrupted. I have one Doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water, and the trash can to dispose of 💩. I have a container of dog toys available for use, aswell as added agility equipment for those that wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the Summer leading into Fall Months on Wednesdays afternoons so booking during that time may not be possible. There may be some divets/holes in the yard from where doggos have dug, so please watch your footing.

Welcome to our private dog park! This used to be a horse pasture but since we don't have horses anymore it has been turned into a dog park and recreational area. It is fully fenced to keep even small dogs contained. We hope you have a tail wagging good time!

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

The tree lined yard is big and open with lots of sniff and discover spots like woodpiles, big trees with squirrels and birds, and neighbor dogs to run the fence with and check out. Plenty of shade space and yard seats. Ample parking in large driveway and overflow parking in grass, left of driveway. Enjoy!!

Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.
