They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. GRAND OPENING JULY 2!!! You and your pup(s) will love this park-like oasis! The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, a half gallon thermos of water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys / treats. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer several times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids and previously had pets, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.

Please enter through the driveway gate. The hose is near the house, if used, kindly turn it off and return it to proper storage. 🔥 Fire pit is available (bring your own burn materials); please pull the hose to the pit when in use. 🐶 Max 10 dogs on site. 🎉 No parties unless pre-approved. ⛏️ Digging is allowed—just away from the house, please!

Hello! My name is Chandupa. Our backyard is available for your pet to sniff, play, rest, and roam around with you. I am committed to maintaining constant communication with you before and during your visit to address any questions, concerns, or issues that you may have. The size of the yard is approximately 6,426 square feet. Caveats: The landscaping looks worse in the early spring, late fall, and winter. The landscaping looks better in the late spring, summer, early fall, or in snow. There is a small steel garbage can where you can discard your poop bags before you leave, just inside the yard on the left side of the house (if you're looking at the house from the front). Since I also pet sit, your pet will have plenty of dog smells to sniff out in the backyard! As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home! We have a deck box which holds our cushions for you to access in the event I am unable to set them out. If you’re lucky, you may just see some of our neighborhood’s beloved deer or chickens grazing in the field behind our property. Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here.
